According to the statistics of Ruian 12345 government service hotline, from March 31 to May 25, a total of 295 complaints were received. The complaints mainly involve 10 streets (towns) including Jinhu Street, Anyang Street, Xinlang Street, Tangxia Town, Yuhai Street, and Feiyun Street in Ruian City.
Through sorting out the complaints, the reporter found that many of them repeatedly complained about the same construction site or complained by multiple people. For example, a construction site next to Ruixiang Villa has been complained five consecutively for late-night noise disturbances. A crowd called at 3:46 a.m. to complain that the construction site (Wuyue Square) to the south of the Red Cypress Senior Apartment in Ruixiang Villa, Anyang Street is still under construction, and the noise disturbs the public.
