New York City Outside Broadway Week is co-organized by the New York City Tourism and Exhibition Bureau and the Outside Broadway Alliance. Out of New York City Broadway Week will be promoted through exclusive content from nycgo.com, outdoor media in the five districts, print and digital advertising, and commercial advertising for New York City taxis.
Since the project was launched in 2009, more than 550 off-Broadway plays have participated in the off-Broadway week of New York City. The event also generated $2.6 million in ticket revenue, selling more than 75,000 tickets.
