Step 1: On-site inspection of vehicle
Carry your ID card, vehicle purchase invoice, vehicle certificate of conformity and electric bicycle, arrive at the registration point for the appointment according to the reservation time, and the staff will check the vehicle.
Step 2: Pay the work fee online
After passing the inspection, the car owner will pay the handover fee for the license certificate online (if you choose to send the license certificate to mail, you must pay the delivery postage fee).
Step 3: Select the number
"New national standard" car determines the license plate number through "5-choose 1". If the illegal vehicle applies for a temporary license plate, the system will randomly determine the temporary license plate number.
