This is a place where the sea, coffee and art linger. This place is Jiangling! It is located in Gangwon-do on the east side of Seoul, facing the East China Sea in the east and Daeguan Ridge in the west. It starts from Seoul, boards KTX and can be reached in 1.5 hours.

is right! This scene was filmed in Jiangling! "Ghost" is really one of my favorite Korean dramas in 2016! When I went to Canada, I checked in the filming location in Quebec. This time I came to Jiangling, so I naturally couldn’t miss the filming location.

is located on the beach in Zhuwenjin, Jiangling. At Jiangling Railway Station, take a No. 300, get off at Zhuwenjin High School Station, and follow the navigation to the beach.

Get off the car and what you see is the cherry blossom trees on both sides of the road. In Jiangling in spring, cherry blossoms can be seen everywhere, adding a different scenery to this small village by the sea.

Because I went there early, and the cloudy day makes the beach look particularly quiet. It is said that you can catch clams and here, and the nearby lakes are available for fishing. You can also taste fresh seafood at a low price in the nearby seafood shop.

Zhuwenjin North Road, Zhuwenjinyi, Jiangling City, Gangwon Province Route: Take bus No. 300 at Jiangling Railway Station, get off at Zhuwenjin High School and then walk to arrive. The drive is about 35-40 minutes

Reminder: The tide starts to rise after 4 or 5 pm, and you can't walk to the end of the small wharf, so it is recommended to go in the morning!

Ocean Train is a train running along the East China Sea coastline, traveling between Jiangling and Samcheok, passing through Zhengdongjin, Donghai, Qiuyan and other places.

The windows of the ocean train are larger than those of ordinary trains, and all seats are facing the windows, allowing you to face the vast ocean. The inside of the train is decorated with marine creatures such as starfish and clams, just like the underwater world.

We got on the bus at Gangneung Station and got off at the Samcheok Sea (there is a cherry blossom avenue by the Samcheok Sea, which is super beautiful!). You can also choose to get on and off at any station, but once you get off, the ticket will be invalid~ You can't get on the bus again!

Windmills, cows, sheep mai: Sky Ranch

In fact, Sky Ranch is not in Jiangling, but in Hengxi, a 30-minute drive from Jiangling.However, because it is very close, you can play with it together~

Hengxi is a small village located in the mountains. It is known as the Daguanling, known as the Korean Alps, and several pastures such as the Sheep Ranch, Sky Ranch.

We chose the Sky Ranch~ Unfortunately, the season we went there was not well, the grass in the pasture was not green yet, and the gloomy weather, the beautiful scene of green grass in my heart was shattered~

Despite this, the sheep woeba is still very cute, and the windmill is also spectacular! If you come here at the right time, you must be super beautiful!

Due to holiday reasons, we only arranged our time in Gangneung for one day. Originally, we planned to do it very well (really greedy~), but due to the influence of local traffic conditions, we finally checked in to the filming location of "Ghosts", the Ocean Train and Sky Ranch. If you have enough time, it is recommended to arrange a two-day itinerary, so that Jiangling’s Coffee Street, Zhengdongjin Railway Station, Qiuyan and others can be added to the itinerary~

Transportation Information

Transportation in Jiangling is really inconvenient!

Jiangling is mainly buses, and I can’t get a taxi~ Jiangling and other cities mainly rely on buses. In fact, the most convenient way is to drive a self-driving trip. However, if foreigners want to rent a car in South Korea, they must take the Korean driver's license (it is useless to have an international driver's license).
