Jiao Haifeng is the deputy director of the Research Department of Zhejiang Wanli College. After graduating from his master's degree in 2005, he devoted himself to the research on marine ecological environment protection and restoration, like a watchman who has always been looking after the "wheat field" he loves.
It is reported that in 17 years, he has won 11 awards for various achievement such as the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award and the National Marine Science and Technology Award; he presided over or participated in more than 30 vertical projects such as the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Ningbo Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.

What made him feel gratified was that through the unremitting efforts of all levels and departments and team members, the marine ecological environment of Xiangshan Port has been developing positively, "It means that the work has not been in vain."
It is worth mentioning that the research results of Jiao Haifeng and the team have promoted the smooth implementation of Xiangshan Port's fishery resource conservation and marine ecological environment restoration, providing support for the 12 plans (zoning) formulated by government departments, and achieved remarkable results.
