Xi'an Changda Sealing Materials Production and R&D Base Project: The total investment of the project is 58 million yuan, the total land area is 31,036.37 square meters (about 46.55 mu), the total construction area is 20,315 square meters, and a total of 60 production and testing equipment and instruments are purchased. Kunyuan Green Energy Saving Circulation Science and Technology Park Project: The total investment of the project is 308 million yuan, the project covers an area of 62 mu, with a total construction area of about 45,000 square meters. It has built a new green intelligent building component production base, scientific research office building, national door and window performance testing and display center, talent introduction apartment building and other supporting facilities, purchased 146 production and processing equipment per set, built a glass curtain wall production line, and 8 system aluminum alloy and passive door and window production lines. After all the project is put into production, the annual production unit curtain wall panels and system energy-saving doors and windows will be 300,000 square meters, and 200 sets of door-controlled security equipment.
Xi'an Ruilian's annual production of 50 tons of mixed liquid crystal display material production line project: the total investment of the project is 170 million yuan, with a total construction area of about 16,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 12,000 square meters and an underground construction area of 4,000 square meters, including three buildings, production and testing building, new concierge and new underground garage. It is planned to purchase more than 150 sets of hardware (or software equipment). The project is committed to the research, development, production and sales of LCD display materials, organic electroluminescent display materials, pharmaceutical intermediates and other fine chemicals.
