At 10:30 am, Lieutenant General Yang Guangyue, deputy commander of the Chinese Armed Police Force, and Colonel Orozaliyev, deputy commander and chief of staff of the Kyrgyzstan National Guard, respectively, presented the flags of the drill team to the commanders of both sides participating in the Sino-Kyrgyz joint anti-terrorism drill. "This joint anti-terrorism drill is a concrete measure for the Chinese People's Armed Police Force and the Kyrgyzstan National Guard to implement the consensus reached by the heads of state, deepen cooperation in the security field, enhance the anti-terrorism capabilities of the troops, and enrich the connotation of pragmatic exchanges between the two sides." Lieutenant General Yang Guangyue, deputy commander of the Chinese Armed Police Force, introduced that the drill aims to solve problems, enhance friendship, deepen cooperation, and continuously improve the anti-terrorism combat capabilities of the special forces of both sides, and is not targeted at any third-party countries and regions.

It is reported that the joint anti-terrorism drill lasts for nearly 10 days. It is based on the background of jointly responding to terrorist threats, with the theme of working together to combat violent terrorist crimes, and the joint handling of compound terrorist attacks. According to the idea of practical, systematic and base-based, it will highlight joint anti-terrorism command and basic technical training, joint anti-terrorism tactical collaborative training, and joint anti-terrorism comprehensive confrontation drills. It will be carried out at the Xinjiang Corps of the Armed Police Force Training Base and surrounding areas.

In this joint anti-terrorism drill, about 150 officers and soldiers from both sides participated in the drill, and were carried out in the form of mixed grouping, centralized organization, and grouped research and training for both sides. Among them, the Chinese Armed Police Force sent officers and soldiers of the Xinjiang Corps "Shanying Eagle" commando to participate in the training, while the Kyrgyzstan National Guard's "Black Panther" Special Operations Brigade.
