On the evening of September 7, the opening ceremony of the special training class of "Foxconn-Lean Production and Data Analysis" and the first lesson "Introduction to Lean Production" were held in the conference hall on the third floor of Nengcheng Factory. A total of more than 80 elite backbone from various factory production management, engineering technology, quality management and other departments participated in the training, marking the official opening of the "Foxconn-Lean Production and Data Analysis" training class.
It is understood that in order to promote the smooth implementation of the planning of a new intelligent manufacturing factory and strengthen the ability and skills improvement of middle-level managers, according to the needs of the company's strategic cooperation project construction project construction between Foxconn Industrial Internet Company, the Business School and the Lean Manufacturing Department specially organized and opened a special training course on "Foxconn-Lean Production and Data Analysis". This training course covers 19 courses in two major modules: lean production and data analysis. It is planned to complete the theoretical courses by the end of October. After training, the lean manufacturing department will arrange practical projects in groups to evaluate the report of each project.
This training aims to promote production managers to learn and master basic IE techniques, enhance lean production concepts, and cultivate and improve relevant skills; promote engineering and technical personnel to learn and master basic data analysis methods, and cultivate engineering and quality management personnel's ability to use data to analyze the root causes of problems.

Teacher Zhao uses situational cases to tell everyone what "lean production" is. He gave a clear and detailed explanation for everyone from the aspects of lean production method , the core ideas of lean production, and the overview of lean production management system. During the course lecture, we communicated and interacted with everyone on key issues, and completed course tests and question guidance after class, which made the students gain a lot.
