The relevant government responsibilities are written in the chapter “Social Protection”. When the Unsecurity Law was revised in 2006, it still followed the original "four major protections".
This revision develops the original "four major protections" into "six major protections" , not only setting a single chapter for "government protection", but also providing a separate chapter for "network protection".

The newly revised "Minor Protection Law" positively answers the related questions about "campus bullying".
■ clearly stipulates in the appendix that "student bullying refers to the act of occurring between students, and one party deliberately or maliciously committing bullying and insulting through physical, language and Internet means, causing personal injury, property loss or mental damage to the other party." So now we know that the official name for campus violence is "student bullying".
■ stipulates guiding and operational measures in terms of establishing systems, education and training, immediate stopping, timely notification, protection and discipline and handling of students, and guidance on family education of guardians.
Sexual assault prevention
Due to the influence of traditional concepts, many students are "sexually afraid", which leads to some minors who have suffered sexual assault themselves or their parents who are often afraid and unwilling to seek legal protection, and some conceal the facts of the infringement for a long time, which in turn has encouraged the arrogance of criminals and made them fearless.
Timely report and carry out Sex education
This "Law on the Protection of Minors" mainly stipulates the responsibilities of schools from the perspective of timely reporting and carrying out sex education.

When your own interests are damaged, you can go directly to the court for prosecution. If a criminal crime is involved, the procuratorate shall file a public prosecution. Similarly, the procuratorate can safeguard the interests of minors by leveraging public interest litigation.
The law prohibits selling tobacco to minors and there are no tobacco retail stores around schools. When we found that tobacco was sold around the school, we promptly initiated the public interest litigation procedure and issued a pre-public interest litigation prosecution recommendation to the district Tobacco Monopoly Bureau. It is recommended to clean up the tobacco retail stores 50 meters around the campus. All tobacco retail stores must post the sign "No tobacco sales to minors" in prominent locations. After the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau made timely rectifications, you can see that the current stores selling cigarettes have such a sign, and there will be no tobacco retail stores within 50 meters around the campus.
