In order to further convince the victim that the platform is real and reliable, the gang deliberately allowed the victim to win the prize in the early stage and withdraw cash, and then lured the victim to recharge in large amounts. After the victim recharges the money, he or she will buy it by taking the loss, creating delays in order withdrawal time, modifying backend data, etc., causing the victim to mistakenly think that the "money" of the APP will be lost. During the fraud process, the backend and front-end personnel are connected and cooperated with each other by the heads and supervisors of each group to restrict withdrawals by various reasons such as cash withdrawals that require sufficient cash flow, bank system upgrades, large number of withdrawals, illegally freezing accounts, etc., and illegally freezing accounts, such as the victim continuing to recharge, the victim can unfreeze and withdraw cash, and guide the team to provide compensation and recharge before withdrawing the principal. When the victim has no money to cheat or questioned that he was cheated in the group, he illegally makes profits by kicking the victim out of the group chat and directly closing the platform.
