9. Qualifications for participating
1. Participants are only limited to billiards enthusiasts in Hefei, Anhui Province.
2. All Chinese citizens who are healthy and aged 10 to 60 can sign up to participate.
1. Registration method
1. First report: 50 yuan/person, second report 50/person, direct second report 100/person.
2. Chiming member: 100 yuan on-site recharge is free of registration fee, and the second registration is 30 yuan per person.
3. Registration fee is free for women and children under 14 years old.
4. The event deposit is 50 yuan and will be refunded after the competition.

14. Participation requirements
1. According to the requirements of the epidemic prevention department, athletes entering the competition venue must cooperate to check the health code, itinerary code, temperature measurement, disinfection, obey the command of the on-site staff, and do a good job in personal protection.
2. Abide by the competition discipline and obey the competition arrangements.
3. Participants should dress elegantly, decently and generously, and they are not allowed to wear slippers or shorts; those who do not meet the requirements are prohibited from participating in the competition.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue.
5. Late arrivals are strictly prohibited in the competition. If you are five minutes late, you will be sentenced to lose one game. If you are ten minutes late, you will be deemed to be abstention and the registration fee will not be refunded.
6. Please adjust the phone to mute or vibrate when entering the competition venue. Players are prohibited from using the phone during the competition.
7. Those who violate the above requirements will be disqualified from participating.
