During the construction period, will be diverted from 5:00-19:00 every day at the Taizhou direction of S28 Taijin Expressway, and the Baishui Ocean exit is ready to divert; the water ocean hub will implement drainage.
▲G15 Shenhai (Ningbo-Taiwan-Wen) Expressway Wenzhou direction to S28 Taijin Expressway two-way entrance is closed;
▲G15 Shenhai (Ningbo-Taiwan-Wen) Ningbo direction to S28 Taijin Expressway Taizhou direction is closed;
▲S28 Taijin Expressway Linhai West, Linhai City, Yanjiang and Yongquan toll stations Taizhou direction is closed.
At the same time, due to the import of the toll station along the river, the S38 Taizhou urban branch line is diverted to the Xiayanggu exit of the toll station along the river. Vehicles heading to the Taizhou direction of the S28 Taijin Expressway will be persuaded to return, and vehicles heading to Jinhua can re-load.
At that time, vehicles diversion from the main line of the expressway are recommended to detour from local roads such as National Highway 351 and National Highway 104 to the nearby toll stations to get on the expressway. Vehicles from far to Taizhou and Wenzhou are recommended to detour from G15 Shenhai (Ningtai-Wenzhou), S26 Zhuyong Expressway, G1523 Ningbo (Coastal) Expressway, etc. in advance.

① The direction from the far end to Wenzhou: recommends taking G25 Changshen (Jinliwen) Expressway and S26 Zhuyong Expressway (as in the brown and blue routes in the picture), or directly taking G15 Shenhai (Yongtai-Wen) Expressway and G1523 Ningbo (coastal) Expressway (as in the picture, pink and purple routes).
②Distance to Taizhou (urban area): It is recommended to detour directly by G15 Shenhai (Yongtai-Wenzhou) Expressway and G1523 Ningbo (coastal) Expressway (as shown in the pink and purple routes in the picture).

① Vehicles towards Ningbo: Linhai West Expressway→National Highway351→Chengbei Avenue→Linhai North Expressway (as shown in the red route).
②Vehicles towards Taizhou/Wenzhou: Linhai West Expressway→National Highway 351→National Highway 104→Linhainan Expressway (as shown in the blue route).
Construction will be postponed in rainy days or special circumstances, and the specific requirements are subject to road on-site control. Passing drivers and passengers are advised to pay attention to the construction information. By following the official WeChat account of @Taizhou Traffic Police official WeChat account or Weibo, FM93, FM102.7, Gaode Map real-time road conditions and notices along the route and intelligence board reminders, reasonably choose travel time and route.
