Recently, a police officer from Helan County, Yinchuan City, Ningxia was patrolling in the jurisdiction and found a van parked on the side of the road, which was more suspicious. The police immediately followed and saw an amazing scene. This illegally modified van is not only equipped with an oil storage tank, but also a fuel gun, a meter, etc., making it look like a "mobile gas station".

The vehicle has not been anti-static and is very dangerous, which is equivalent to a moving bomb driving during the sales process.
After investigation, the gang mainly purchased No. 95 refined oil from other provinces at a low price, and used multiple modified refueling vehicles to sell it within the jurisdiction of Yinchuan City at a price lower than the refined oil at the market's regular gas stations. In the sales, it also established a refueling WeChat group, which sent information such as time, location, real-time price and other information every day, forming an illegal and criminal act of importing, storage and selling of illegal oil products.

At present, the three main criminal suspects involved in the case, Chang, Lu and Tang, have been arrested by the public security organs, and the case is still under further investigation.
