Suzhou City Women's Federation is a mass organization organization for women from all walks of life in the city under the leadership of the Suzhou City Party Committee. 3. Recruitment conditions
recruitment targets are not limited to men and women, have more than 2 years of work experience, have a nationally recognized university degree or above (including college degree) degree, and must meet the following conditions:
(I) abide by the Constitution and laws, and have the political literacy required for the position;
(II) have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, and have strong communication skills;
(I) have good physical ethics, hard-working spirit and selfless dedication, and be competent for the job;
(IV) have no major restrictions, and give priority to secretarialism, Chinese language and literature, and economic and financial majors;
(V) Age requirements are born after June 1, 1983.
4. Recruitment procedure
Recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the release of recruitment announcements, registration and qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, probation period, employment, etc.
(I) Recruitment announcement
Recruitment announcement is released in advance on Suzhou Municipal People's Government , Suzhou Women's Federation, Suzhou City Personnel Examination .
(II) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration time: July 11-20, 2018 (8:30-12:00 am, 2:30-17:00 pm, except on holidays).
2. Registration location: Room 1034, Suzhou Women's Federation, address: 10th floor, main building of Suzhou Government Affairs Center, Galaxy 1st Road, contact number: 3028048.
3. When registering, applicants must truthfully provide the original and copy of the valid resident ID card and academic certificate.
4. When registering, you must provide application information truthfully, accurately and effectively. Fill in the "Suzhou Women's Federation Employees Registration Qualification Review Form" (attachment, you can download and fill in it yourself), and submit 4 recent front-facing color photos without crown and bottom.
(III) Written test, interview
1, written test and interview are all subject to a percentage system. During the comprehensive evaluation, the written test scores account for 50% and the interview scores account for 50%.
2. The time and location of the written test and interview will be announced on the website of Suzhou Women's Federation. At the same time, it will be notified by telephone. Please keep the communication open.
3. The written test content includes important current affairs, political theories, laws and regulations, and official document writing.
4. The interview method adopts structured interview , focusing on examining candidates' basic knowledge, adaptability, language expression, organizational coordination and ability to solve practical problems.
5. Comprehensive evaluation results will be announced on the website of Suzhou Women's Federation.
(IV) Physical examination
Based on the interview results, the candidates for physical examination are comprehensively determined. After physical examination, if there is a vacancies for physical examination due to physical failure or other reasons, the amount will be replaced according to the comprehensive conditions. The physical examination content is carried out according to the physical examination items of the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". The specific time and location of the physical examination will be notified separately, and the cost of the physical examination will be borne by the individual. Passing the physical examination will be confirmed as the person to be hired.
(V) Inspection
Suzhou Women's Federation established an inspection team to inspect those who passed the physical examination.
(VI) Hiring
after the preliminary review of conditions, interview and other procedures, the probation period is three months. If the probation period is over and the assessment is passed, the Suzhou Women's Federation shall formally sign an employment contract with the recruitment recipient, and will be hired once a year, with a salary of 1,500 yuan per month, and participate in social insurance in accordance with the law. During the appointment period, if there is any incompetent work or serious violation of the management system, the Municipal Women's Federation may terminate the labor contract.
