After fierce competition, the work "Dream·Fate", which tells the story of Taiwanese youth striving to realize their dreams in the mainland, stood out from 30 shortlisted works and won the "Golden Flying Swallow" award. Li Bo, the mainland director who directed the film, said that many characters in the film have prototypes. The film reflects the theme of blood and cultural integration of compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait by telling their stories.

In addition, "The Third Back" and "The Stranded Man" won the "Silver Flying Swallow" awards respectively, and "The Last Memories", "Picking up Love" and "Swallow Return" won the "Bronze Flying Swallow" awards. Six individual awards were also announced on the spot, including Best Photography Award, Best Sound Effect Award, Most Innovation Award, Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Director Award.

Luo Yue, a senior student at Kainan University in Taiwan who won the Best Director Award for the micro-film "The Last Memories", said that this competition provides a very good communication platform for micro-filmists on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. It is understood that about 40 teachers and students from 10 Taiwanese universities including Asian University , Kunshan University of Science and Technology Innovation and Media College, Taipei University of Art , and Taiwan Donghua University attended the award ceremony of this competition.
"Taiwan's micro-film professional level is very high. Many directors are very young, but the quality of the films they make is not inferior to those blockbusters that can be released in theaters." Li Bo said.

"Jin Feiyan" Cross-Strait micro-film competition is hosted by the Hubei Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office. It has been successfully held for six sessions, and has collected more than 4,000 works.
