Secondly, when working with bank cards, the security of banking institutions is better than that of many institutions. The bank's security level is very high, so it has eliminated our preferential treatment certificates, and some security risks may arise during use in the future.
Third, there are many bank branches. Whether we reissue or upgrade, it will be easier to deal with banks in the future. You can leave everything to the retired financial affairs department. This is a business job, not an administrative job. The retired military affairs department always needs to find a cooperative unit to do it.
Finally, we have also seen that the preferential treatment programs for retired military personnel in various places are actually being continuously improved. For example, we have recently paid attention to Henan, which provides for retired military personnel. People with preferential treatment certificates need to take public transportation for free, and it is required that reductions and exemptions be realized throughout the province, so I think Henan Province may be the first to realize it in the country.
