Gaomei Wetland
After lunch in Daxi Town, we boarded the Formosa Expressway. The girls started chattering and laughing again. There was no way to go if there were too many women, so I could bear it! The expressway to the Taichung Gaomei Wetland basically heads south along the western coast of Taiwan. The traffic flow on the road is not large and the traffic is orderly. During the break, I looked through Weibo, and it was full of photos of my friends walking their dogs and playing mahjong during traffic jams on mainland highways. They were also driving on holidays, so why is the difference so big! Since the highway is almost on the coast, some sections of the road can clearly see the sea, but at this time the Taiwan Strait encountered a fertile black tide, which made the originally clear sea water not very good.
Gaomei Wetland
If Gaomei Wetland is a "paragraph", I think this paradise should be "divided into two". One is the creative paradise for photographers, and the other is the entertainment paradise other than photography creation.
Before dusk was reached at Gaomei Wetland, everyone was wandering around aimlessly, so the following episode was created: We saw a sign of a hairy crab breeding base near the wetland, and everyone was right away - "Let's have hairy crabs for dinner"! Looking for the seawall, the base gate was closed and there was a vicious dog guarding the yard. After hesitation, I got out of the car and knocked on the door to inquire. The base boss walked out of the house and asked for his purpose, so he warmly invited him to take the seat. However, we were told that hairy crabs will not cook within half a month, and now they can only be seen but not eaten. And if you want to see the crabs in the pond, you have to wait until the water turns cold before they climb to the edge of the pond to "receive" tourists. Seeing that we were a little disappointed, the base boss said comfortably, "It doesn't matter, the crabs can't be eaten. I can treat you to snacks in the evening!" We thought, since we didn't have to go with me during the crab period, it would be difficult to disturb us anymore, so we thanked the boss to return to Gaomei Wetland for the sunset...

At this time, the sun set, but the light has not reached its best state, the photography time has not yet been formed, but the wetland is not lonely at all, on the contrary, it is very lively, and young people are definitely the main creators of this lively scene. It is called a wetland, but in fact, this water area should be considered half aquatic wetland and half a sea water shoal, but the shallows are full of saline and alkali and do not grow aquatic weeds. Looking at the shallows, young students were trampling on water, chasing, slapping fish, playing, playing, and playing. The sounds and laughter were mixed together. Several quiet couples were also walking in the shallows holding hands under the sunset. A little guy was swaying with his little feet in the water with his parents' encouragement. A dog was running in the wetland, chasing a few timid girls, which scared them to scream; egrets and some water birds cats were protruding their heads and brains in the grass not far away for food; the tall wind turbines were whirling around in the setting sun... This was simply an open paradise for entertainment!
More young people are coming from the dam... Our cute girls will naturally not miss this grand carnival scene, maybe they can't help it. Under my instigation, the girls threw their gentle dignity far away, and jumped into the shallows like ducks... The sun that accelerated the setting of the west kicked off the "second half" for the photographers. The light on the water surface was very soft, and the wetland began to emit golden light, with the color temperature just right, so the shooting started! The silhouettes of photographers under the sunset, the students playing and stomping on water, our naughty girls, and the couple whispering quietly... were captured by me one by one.

Although the "second half" of Gaomei Wetland is very exciting, it is also very short, so short that it catches people off guard. Perhaps this is another interpretation of "precious"! After the sun completely set, the girls who were playing crazy also returned to the car one after another. At this time, we can return to the original "interlude".There should be no following in the "Base Hairy Crab", but we, the guys who are still obsessed with hairy crabs, actually ran to the crab base again with shamelessness, eating other people's grapefruits and rubbing other people's pineapple crisps; the girls also notified the three crabs in the pond to come up to "conference"... After such trouble, it was already 19 o'clock. Before leaving, the base owner also gave us several big grapefruits. For him, it may be something that excited him to have a mainland compatriot who went to this remote place to listen to him talk about the "hairy crab breeding experience". Little did they know that the hairy crabs were not cooked yet, which obscured the nature of these mainland foodies, hehe. OK, this is the real ending of the episode of our trip.

Limited time 45 15 minutes experience the most amazing high-speed service area
Under the guidance of the bright moonlight, we began to head towards Taichung, and the car drove into Formosa Expressway again (National Highway Line 3). When you go to Taichung, you will pass by the "Qingshui Service Area", which is a highway service point opened by Xin Dongyang, the largest commercial chain enterprise in Taiwan. It is also the largest, most landscaped and most profitable service area in Taiwan, without a single one.

Since the clean water service area is located in the middle point between the south and north of National Highway 3 of Taiwan's West Coast National Highway, it can be parked and rested, bought souvenirs, and enjoyed the sea view and city night view of Taichung Port , so in recent years, the operation ranking of Taiwan's thirteen highway service areas has always been the first. Since there are too many tourists parking in the service area every day, the parking and rest of the vehicle is generally limited to no more than 45 minutes, otherwise people will "inviting" you out.

Although the service area is not small and there is a wide range of products, we just came to Taiwan and there is no need to buy souvenirs so early. I still have to go upstairs to see the scenery. The third-floor terrace of Xindongyang Supermarket has been designed as a viewing platform, with tea and dining tables. Visitors can enjoy the food and coffee while enjoying the scenery. It is a very good rest area. It is also a good place to watch Taichung Metropolis (there are five metropolitan areas on the island of Taiwan, namely Taipei, New Taipei , Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung , which together form the commercial belt of the Taixi Corridor.) The style is so good that I am happy to lead the five beauties to enjoy the night view of Taichung City. Upon climbing the observation deck, my eyes immediately sent a strong signal: the night view of Taichung is well-deserved! Standing on the observation deck and looking into the distance, I saw that under the purple-red sky in Taichung city, the buildings were golden, the sea of lights was continuous, neon lights were flashing, and the brilliance was shining. "Invincible! Invincible!" The girls began to exclaim, and I was also secretly screaming in my heart. I guess Taiwan's first night market - Fengjia Night Market is in this dim light!
