As a key project of Brunei's "Belt and Road" project, the first phase of the Hengyi Brunei Petrochemical Project has actually invested 3.45 billion US dollars (about 23.9 billion yuan) in phase one, with the capacity of 8 million tons of crude oil processing, is about to be completed and put into production.
