A student from Zhongye Online School Ms. Zhou reported that she spent more than 20,000 yuan to register for the first-level registered fire engineer certificate-related courses in 2019. The seller is Zhongye Huizhi. The registration teacher promised to have an "internal channel" to pass the exam, but the full refund will be required if the exam is not included.
However, when Ms. Zhou failed to pass the exam and applied for a refund, she encountered difficulties. "The previous registration teacher resigned and changed me to a class teacher, and kept refusing to refund the fee. Later, the staff said that Zhongyexing took over Zhongye Huizhi and denied the refund of the full payment promised by Zhongye Huizhi." Ms. Zhou said that the Red Star News reporter was confirmed by many students. Their experience was roughly the same: they registered for the course at Zhongye Huizhi, and verbally promised to have the exam, but the full refund was made. During this period, 2 to 3 class teachers were replaced. Finally, they were told that the course was taken over by Zhongye Xingwei.
However, the seemingly normal refund dispute has attracted doubts from the students. A student revealed that although he registered at Zhongye Huizhi, he paid Zhongye Huiying and finally took over by Zhongye Xingwei. Ms. Zhou, who lives in Shenzhen, recalled that she searched for the fire engineer certificate course on Baidu in 2019, and was soon contacted by the staff of Zhongye Online School to introduce the first-level registered fire engineer certificate course. She promised that the exam would not be fully refunded.
"I paid 800 yuan for the registration around December. I said I had no time to study and had to refund. Later, a teacher contacted me and said there was a class that I could directly pass, without learning, and I had internal channels to pass, and signed a confidentiality agreement, but the cost was relatively high. I also confirmed it several times, and the teacher was sure to say yes." Afterwards, Ms. Zhou spent more than 20,000 yuan to register for the so-called "passing class", with a total of 25,800 yuan.

In the rights protection group, Ms. Zhou met several students from Zhongye Online School who had similar experiences as her. "As long as you apply for a refund, the staff said that the previous class teacher was fired. Now the company is taken over by Zhongye Xingwei. Because the two companies are different, the full payment cannot be refunded. So many people have similar experiences, I suspect that this is a purpose!"
According to the students, most of them registered for courses at Zhongye Huizhi Office and promised to have the exam package, but the full payment was returned. During the online class study, 2 to 3 class teachers were replaced, and Zhongye Xingwei finally took over. Some students also revealed that although they registered at Zhongye Huizhi, they paid Zhongye Huiying and finally took over by Zhongye Xingwei.A student who paid 153,450 yuan told reporters that the students studied online classes on the same APP from beginning to end, but Zhongye Huizhi and Zhongye Xingwei unilaterally changed the course provider. What is even more surprising is that after the exchange, the student found that his class teacher was the same as the other two students who studied different courses in Zhongye Huiying and Zhongye Xingwei. Teacher Li said that in 2019 he signed a labor contract with Zhongye Huizhi. But in the first half of 2020, the company signed a labor contract for employees again, one was the termination of the labor contract with Zhongye Huizhi, and the other was the labor contract re-signed with Zhongye Huiying. In early 2021, the employees signed a termination of labor contracts with Zhongye Huiying and signed a labor contract with Zhongye Xingwei.
