Taipei's second constituency (Silin, Datong) is generally regarded as the advantageous constituency of the green camp, so the "legislator" left by Yao Wenzhi belongs to the "return to the original owner" for the DPP. Chen Siyu, born in 1986, is a master's degree from Taiwan University. He has served as the host of the program and deputy spokesperson of the Taipei City Government. In 2018, he served as the director of the Taipei City Government's Guanzhi Bureau. Although Chen Siyu is young, she also has a "good dad". His father, Chen Jianming, is currently an independent Taipei City Councillor, but he has previously been a "legislator" from the "Taiwan League Party" and has certain strength in the Taipei Shilin area. Interestingly, Chen Siyu's aunt Chen Jingmin was replaced by the DPP as a non-district "legislator" after Chen Chimai resigned.
