"Cai Ke Meeting" was staged as scheduled on the 13th. Ke Wenzhe obediently "showed according to the script", but the rigid expression and stiff interaction performed the absurdity of this meeting. The results of Taipei City’s “Legislator” by-election registration on the 14th also proved once again that the “green and white battle” between the “lame duck” Tsai Ing-wen and the “strong prince” Ko Wen-je has already begun.

It can be said that in this by-election of Taipei City's "legislator" in the DPP could not lose, the Kuomintang fought desperately, and the Ke camp did not want to give in. Green, Bai and Blue sent candidates from Taipei's prominent political families to stage a "three-legged battle" again. A "legislator" by-election is probably even more exciting than the Taipei mayoral election!
Taipei's second constituency (Silin, Datong) is generally regarded as the advantageous constituency of the green camp, so the "legislator" left by Yao Wenzhi belongs to the "return to the original owner" for the DPP. Tsai Ing-wen had always wanted to "green and white cooperation", but Ko Wen-je resented him deeply. A "Tsai Ke meeting" was played by Ko Wen-je as a scripted "court play". Therefore, under the hopelessness of "green and white cooperation", the Green Camp launched the Taipei City Councilman He Zhiwei, who had the deepest management and long-prepared war.

He Zhiwei was not only the youngest when he was elected as a member of Taipei City Council, but also won the highest vote in the Shilin Beitou constituency. He Zhiwei's mother is Xue Ling, a former "legislator" of the DPP, and his father Chen Shenghong runs Yangxin Commercial Bank. His "Yangxin Financial Leasing (China) Co., Ltd." is officially listed in Shanghai. It is understood that as early as the "nine-in-one" election, He Zhiwei not only supported Yao Wenzhi's election as the mayor of Taipei, but also gave up on fighting for re-election of Taipei City Councilors in order to plan the "legislator" by-election. However, He Zhiwei's foundation is in Shilin. To gain the recognition of , Datong District voters, in addition to his own operations, he also needs to rely on the "army" organization of the DPP Municipal Party Committee.
Although Shilin and Datong are regarded as "their own territory" by the DPP, Ko Wen-je still beat Yao Wen-zhi in these two constituencies. Therefore, for this "legislator" by-election, Ko Wen-je issued a military order "If you want to choose, you must win." The reason why Ke Wenzhe is so arrogant is that his candidate Chen Siyu is not an ordinary person.

(Picture 2nd: Chen Siyu)
Chen Siyu, born in 1986, is a master's degree from Taiwan University. He has served as the host of the program and deputy spokesperson of the Taipei City Government. In 2018, he served as the director of the Taipei City Government's Guanzhi Bureau. Although Chen Siyu is young, she also has a "good dad". His father, Chen Jianming, is currently an independent Taipei City Councillor, but he has previously been a "legislator" from the "Taiwan League Party" and has certain strength in the Taipei Shilin area. Interestingly, Chen Siyu's aunt Chen Jingmin was replaced by the DPP as a non-district "legislator" after Chen Chimai resigned.
Lubai launched the final general attack for this "legislator", so is the Kuomintang here to make a comeback? No. Chen Bingfu, the candidate launched by the Blue Camp, has been successfully re-elected as a Taipei City Councilman. Chen Bingfu's late father Chen Chongguang is the former chairman of Yaledo Company and the former president of the "China Professional Baseball Base"; his late sister Chen Yumei has been re-elected as a Taipei City Councilman for five terms, of which he won the highest votes in Datong District, Zhongshan for four consecutive terms. It can be said that Datong District is Chen Bingfu's base camp.

The three major families "second-generation political generations" compete for the Taipei City "legislator" by-election, although it is wonderful, but the struggle between green and white behind it is the key.
Ko Wen-je said on the 14th that although he had been ready, he was still waiting. However, no one (referring to the DPP) came to discuss with them the night before yesterday, so he sent Chen Siyu to register, implying that DPP members kept mentioning "green and white cooperation" through the media, but did not take any further action in private.

Ke Wen-je's words successfully turned the blame to the DPP, but what's the truth? The sentence Chen Siyu blurted out after registering for the "Legislator" by-election, "Abei (referring to Ke Wenzhe), I am waiting for you in the "Central"" obviously exposed Ke Wenzhe's ambition. Ke Wenzhe's wishful thinking is to project his own "white power" on Chen Siyu, defeat the blue and green again in the "legislator" by-election, lay the foundation for the white power, and create opportunities for his 2020 aspirations.
So, why did the DPP not hesitate to "break the deadlock with white and green"?

Still remember that in 2008, the DPP also suffered a crushing defeat in the county and city mayor election, but the subsequent by-election battles were won, relying on organizational mobilization. Now in the atmosphere of defeat, the DPP needs the most a shot of a heart-warming shot and an opportunity to exclaim resentment. The "legislator" by-election is the first battle after the defeat for the Green Camp. If Taipei and Taichung fight beautifully, the Changhua, Tainan and Kinmen by-elections after the New Year can be fought step by step, and morale can be continued until 2020. This is also one of the reasons why the DPP will not hesitate to fight Ke Wen-je again after the defeat.
If Ko Wen-je’s soldiers are successfully elected as “legislator”, will Ko Wen-je form his own political power?
Has the "green and white confrontation" between Ko Wen-je and the DPP taken shape?
. Will such a "green and white confrontation" continue?
