16 years can be called a legendary winery product. The unique malt process of peat smoked, and a slow fermentation process of up to 75 hours gives it an extremely delicate, complex and deep taste. Qihoumen was founded in December 2005. It is one of the smallest classic distilleries in Scotland and the first newly built distillery on Irey Island since 1881. As one of Laphroaig's classic wine models, the first 10-year original barrel strength whiskey (55.7% alcohol) has been very popular since its debut in 2007.
