1. What is a close contact (close contact), and what situations will be judged as a close contact?
If you have had close contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infections of new coronavirus pneumonia and have no effective protective measures, such as living together, taking cars, planes, high-speed rail and other means of transportation, or in the same close contact in the office, workshop, canteen, elevator, etc., or eating and entertainment in a closed environment, you may be judged as a close contact.
2. How is the determination of close contacts conducted?
Professionals from the disease control department will determine close contacts based on the epidemiological investigation results of confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infections, combined with the big data information provided by the public security, industry and information departments, and based on the prevention and control plan of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and promptly track and manage them.
3. What should I do when I am told by the phone that it is a "close contact"?
① Wear a medical surgical mask immediately, take personal protection, find a relatively independent and well-ventilated room or an open and uninhabited area, try not to move or contact other personnel, and do temporary self-isolation.

② Actively cooperate.

During centralized isolation, if symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue occur, the staff at the isolation point should be informed immediately and cooperate with medical staff to diagnose and treat.
5. How to arrange the isolation of close contacts?
Close contacts implement the "14+7+7" isolation policy. "14" means that the centralized isolation and medical observation time for close contacts is 14 days. The first "7" means that there will be 7 days of home health monitoring after centralized isolation, and the second "7" means that there will be 7 days of self-health monitoring after home health monitoring.
6. What are the requirements for home health monitoring personnel?
For those who have been released from centralized isolation and transferred to home health monitoring, they must strictly review the home health monitoring conditions.
