So before going to the hot pot restaurant to have a meal, Cai found a dead cockroach in the lawn downstairs of the mall and hid it in his pocket. After he had enough food and drink, he began to implement the "secret plan". In order not to be discovered, Cai tried every means to cover up and put the cockroach in the pot, and cooked it for a while before calling the waiter to question it. That night, Cai extorted 800 yuan in another hot pot restaurant in Longhua in the same way, and made a total profit of 1,800 yuan in two times.

At present, Cai was administratively detained by Longgang police for extortion. Longgang police reminded: Cai's behavior is not only about eating a bully meal or taking advantage of it, but has violated the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China". If the circumstances are serious, it may also violate the criminal law. According to Article 274 of the Criminal Law, those who commit the crime of extortion shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, detention or control; the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years but not more than ten years.
