2. Reporting requirements:
1. The clues reported, exposed, and provided by the whistleblower should be as detailed as possible, including clear and valid URLs, links or relevant information that are sufficient to accurately locate the reported information, the basic situation and factual basis of the whistleblower;
2. The whistleblower shall not fabricate or exaggerate the facts of the clues reported, exposed, and provided, and shall not deliberately fabricate facts or frame others. Those who lie or frame others through false accusations and regulations will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
3. Rewards and protection measures for reporting:
1. For the whistleblower who provides clues, the public security organs promise to keep their personal information strictly confidential and protect them in accordance with the law. If the information leaks or retaliates against the whistleblower, they will be severely punished in accordance with the law and regulations once verified;
2. For units or individuals who provide clues to assist the public security organs in investigating and punishing illegal and criminal cases such as "using information networks to commit crimes involving gangs and evil", they will be rewarded in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations;
3. For reports that do not involve gangs and evil crimes, only reflect economic disputes, civil disputes, and legal and litigation issues, the Municipal Public Security Bureau Anti-Gang Office will hand over to relevant departments for processing in accordance with the clue verification regulations.
