Liu Xinmin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Qingdao Agricultural University, Sha Jianlin, member of the Party Group and deputy director of Qingdao Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Wang Qun, member of the Party Group and deputy director of Qingdao West Coast New District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, and Xing Xuesong, chairman of Qingdao Longming Niu Industry Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony. Jiang Yuchun, general manager of Qingdao Longming Niu Industry Co., Ltd., presided over the signing ceremony. At the
ceremony, Liu Xinmin and Xing Xuesong jointly signed the cooperation agreement on "High-quality beef cattle full industrial chain technology innovation service system", and Sha Jianlin issued appointment letters to Liu Xinmin, chief expert of the service system, principal of the service system, and heads of various service groups respectively.
Director of the Science and Technology Department Zhao Longgang introduced the school’s history, highlights, reform and innovation measures, and said that he would further leverage the school’s scientific research advantages to accurately connect with the needs of enterprises and help local economic development. Jiang Yuchun introduced the overall overview and future development plan of Qingdao Longming Cattle Industry Co., Ltd., and hopes to promote the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry and serve the construction of Qingdao's rural revitalization through in-depth cooperation with the school. All parties participating in the meeting conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on further strengthening in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and promoting local development.

Qingdao Longming Cattle Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. It currently has three high-end snowflake beef cattle breeding bases in Qingdao Fengmei, Rizhao Wulian and Xinjiang Hot Spring, with a total inventory of more than 8,700 heads. Through 4 generations of breeding experiments, the company has completed the construction of seed sources of 8 lineages, and reserved dozens of bulls from 8 lineages and nearly a thousand cows with high-quality embryos. It has been awarded the titles of the 5th Qingdao well-known agricultural product brand, Qingdao pollution-free agricultural product, Qingdao livestock and poultry breeding standardization demonstration farm, and Qingdao West Coast 3rd "Langya Bang" well-known agricultural products. In 2021, "Longmingniu" won the national title of "Special Agricultural Products" at the Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and is currently the only meat product to win this title in China.
