3. The full name of all-electric invoice is a comprehensive digital electronic invoice, issued through the electronic invoice service platform, including special invoices and ordinary invoices.
4. Since there is no payee and reviewer, the question of whether the invoice issuer, reviewer and payee that everyone was more confused about before is completely gone.
5, whether the seller's address, phone number, account opening bank and account must be filled in, there is no need to worry about this business. The full-electric invoice directly cancels this column and does not need to fill it in.
6. Previously, there were many seal rules and some cases where they were fined if they did not stamp according to regulations. When everyone stamps, in addition to being tired, they also have to worry about: What should I do if the stamp is wrong? What should I do if I don’t cover it clearly? What should I do if I have built the wrong position? Now, no need to stamp it.
7. The pressure to fill in the note column is greatly reduced. Some business types that require notes are directly given fixed templates. You don’t have to worry that the note column is too small to install your notes, and you don’t have to worry too much about missing or forgetting to fill it in.
8. The most important thing is that the long-standing problem of repeated reimbursement has been solved. The all-electric invoice has a confirmation and account entry function. After the account entry operation, the account entry operation cannot be performed for the second time, which blocks the gap for repeated reimbursement.
9. It is necessary to remind everyone that you don’t need to panic when receiving a full-electric invoice. The legal effect and basic purpose of the full-electric invoice are the same as the current invoice. If you want to verify the full-electric invoice, you can perform related operations through the national VAT invoice verification platform.
10. The fourth period of the Golden Taxation and the full-electric invoice will raise the tax treatment with numbers to a new level, representing the arrival of a new era. For out-of-control invoices and abnormal account invoices, real-time blocking and checking deductions can be basically achieved. Real-time warnings can also be achieved for invoices issued by risky companies. Everyone needs to pay attention to risk avoidance.
