Qiu Shuti emphasized that the epidemic has not yet passed, and the "epidemic command center" should not have been making good news. She gave an example. The Japanese government had a solemn expression, reminding the public not to take it lightly, believing that the DPP authorities should learn from Japan's attitude and be honest with the public.
She said that Taiwan has been in nearly 2 years and 3 months in the past, and the epidemic has been well controlled until it began to enter the so-called "new Taiwan model" in April this year. The epidemic is as uncontrollable and stalled like a flood discharge. She saw various voices, and the people could only see the flowers in the fog, thinking that they must be sorted out in a scientific way, so she decided to write this book, and also believed that history in the past was "a record of the people with power." She believes that scientific data should be spoken, because the sequelae of COVID-19 are not over yet, "it's not time to have a holiday yet."
In the new book, she disclosed the mortality rate of the new crown epidemic in Taiwan and other parts of the world. It can be seen that after the "New Taiwan Model", the mortality rate rose by 0.195 per day. "We rushed to the highest and the steepest, and neither Japan nor South Korea was like us!"
And the total death toll in a single month in June exceeded 20,000 unprecedentedly. She used the "921 earthquake" to kill 2,454 people. At that time, all walks of life mourned and reviewed deeply; and the death toll caused by this wave of Omickron , without counting the excess death, there were more than four "921" earthquake disasters. She said that when she wrote these in the book, she was so sad that she couldn't continue writing, especially when she read the news not long ago, she was even more moved. Taiwanese people are very kind and attach great importance to the "human rights" of police prisoners and death row prisoners, but what about the healthy human rights of kind people? The lives of more than 10,000 people have disappeared, but they have not been taken seriously.
She pointed out that when the death rate of the new crown epidemic in Taiwan reached more than the second cause of death, the "Command Center" announced the news that the "border" was open, as if everyone could go out to play, and then it was "the people have relaxed".
