First, let’s take a look at the SJ6 Legend image quality performance under 1080P 60FPS. In order to make a reference and comparison, I used the Honor V9 mobile phone for comparison experience. The video is as follows. Through the video, you can see that the picture quality of Honor V9 and SJ6 Legend is almost the same, but because the SJ6 Legend has a medium angle range, the content contained in the picture will be more.In addition, the picture details reflected by the SJ6 Legend are basically satisfactory. Although the color looks ordinary like a mobile phone, you can adjust it if you know how to post-production of the video.

SJ6 Legend In addition to being able to shoot videos, it can also achieve the shooting function of static pictures. The following two pictures are photos taken by me using SJ6 Legend and Honor V9 respectively. From the photos, we can see that the color of the SJ6 Legend is slightly lighter than that of the mobile phone. The restoration of the skin tone of the characters is slightly insufficient compared to the mobile phone, but it is basically within the acceptable range.
However, when I was testing the static image, I found that the photography performance of SJ6 Legend is not very stable. For example, the picture below, SJ6 Legend has a certain chance of such a color shift. SJ6 Legend itself supports firmware updates, so I hope that manufacturers can adjust this aspect.

interval video recording and slow motion recording, first of all, I think the interval video performance is good, and can be shot in six intervals: 1 second, 2 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds and 1 minute; in terms of slow motion, although the camera supports -2X, -4X, -8X speed recording, I found that if I choose -8X, it will crash. I hope that manufacturers can make timely improvements in this regard. The following is the video I took using interval video and slow-motion video. This recording mode has severe image quality decline in many mobile phone products, so I think SJ6 Legend is doing very well in this regard.

Nonsense, I will use videos to show you the image quality performance of SJ6 Legend! First of all, I took a scene in broad daylight, and I used a handheld stabilizer to shoot throughout the whole process. From the picture, we can see that the SJ6 Legend's color performance is good and the details are basically satisfactory. Since the sun was very poisonous on the day of shooting, the temperature increase of SJ6 Legend was still obvious under the sunlight and in the case of self-heating, but even though I took 10 minutes (the video below was edited as 4 minutes), SJ6 Legend still did not strike.

The next video is the scene when I was invited to attend the Shanghai 1MORE headphones new product launch conference on July 27, with the living Jay Chou in it! ! 【Mobile Remote Control APP】
As a professional sports camera manufacturer, SJCAM naturally takes into account the urgent need for remote control shooting. Sometimes, in some harsh environments or full-body "armed", using the SJ6 Legend rear screen may cause some inconvenience. Users can use a special remote control watch to operate, but remote control watch is not standard. However, SJCAM came up with a very economical method for us, which is to use the mobile phone WIFI to connect to the SJ6 Legend for control! We just need to download the SJCAM APP.
What surprised me was that the selection of video resolution on the mobile APP far exceeded the resolution items included in the SJ6 Legend... However, there is no option for 4K resolution in the APP, but it is available in the SJ6 Legend machine. This design makes me feel confused... It's very surprised... But to be honest, the 4K performance of the SJ6 Legend is not satisfying me, and all the videos provided above were shot at 1080P 60FPS resolution.I have also tried to shoot in 4K mode, but the picture quality of goose did not satisfy me. After careful observation of the instructions, I realized that the 4K of SJ6 Legend was achieved through the difference. So I think 1080P is the most suitable resolution for shooting videos.
Through the mobile APP, we can not only remotely control SJ6 Legend to take photos and videos, but also export the materials in SJ6 Legend at any time. But I think there are still some bugs in the APP. For example, when you switch from the picture/video library to the shooting interface, the real-time viewing screen of the mobile phone often has a chrysanthemum state...
Regarding the settings options in the APP, it is basically the same as the settings in the SJ6 Legend machine.
[Problem with USB cable link SJ6 Legend]
When I used a cable to connect SJ6 Legend to the computer, I found a strange problem, that is, it seems that SJ6 Legend should support it as a PC camera, but the computer cannot recognize the camera at all (as shown below). I guess you need to install the driver ? ? However, the official website does not provide any drivers, and we hope that manufacturers can solve this problem through firmware updates or drivers.
When using a USB cable to transfer video files, this speed is really slow! Why not use USB3.0 interface? What made me even more depressed is that the USB interface of SJ6 Legend is not the MINI USB or TYPE-C interface on mobile phones. The old interface forced me to take out the SJ6 Legend's own cable for file transfer operations. This design really made me a little crazy...
Summary: Through some experience, I think the performance of SJ6 Legend in video recording can satisfy me. The rich accessories are priced at only 799, which is also a very suitable sports camera for cost-effectiveness. However, I think some details need to be strengthened, such as the color shift of the photo taken is more properly controlled, the USB interface is more trendy, and the mobile APP can be more useful, I think this product is more perfect.
