With the hot atmosphere, old friends from both places greeted each other warmly, and the event officially kicked off. A song with a bright rhythm "Xi Yangyang" and a unique style "Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon" create a strong festive atmosphere. The cheerleaders from Kaohsiung were full of energy and the saxophone performance was fascinating, winning the audience's applause. Haidian folk customs experts also introduced the historical origins, legends and traditional customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Festival traditions cannot be missed. Haidian folk artists led residents from both places to produce "Mid-Autumn Lanterns". Residents from the two places introduced the local food characteristics of the Mid-Autumn Festival respectively, and the entire scene was filled with a strong festive atmosphere. Garbage classification is a governance problem faced by both sides of the Taiwan Strait communities. After watching the promotional video of "Send You a Little Red Flower", community workers in the two places shared their experience in garbage classification and grassroots governance. Residents of the two places firmly believe that as long as everyone acts together, they can make a contribution to the environment.

I hope people will live long and share the beauty of the moon with thousands of miles away. Conveying people's good wishes, a song "I wish you a long life" and a beautiful Hakka dance pushed the entire event to a climax. At the end of the event, residents on both sides of the Taiwan Strait took a souvenir in the same frame, retaining the strong friendship between the two sides.

The Petroleum Symbiosis Courtyard where the event was held was rated as the "Beijing-Taiwan Grassroots Exchange Base" this year.
