On October 6, Yu Yang, deputy secretary of the Huaxi District Party Committee and district mayor, presided over the first dispatch meeting of the emergency command system for normalized epidemic prevention and control in combination with peace and war. We must continue to do a good job in social prevention and control, and in accordance with the requirements of "protecting people's livelihood and not entertainment", we must do a good job in serving enterprises in the field of people's livelihood, tighten and consolidate the "four-party responsibilities", urge enterprises to fulfill their main responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement the "one scan and three inspections", and resume all the time under the premise of doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control. We must continue to strengthen the management of home health monitoring personnel and implement various control measures. We must continue to do a good job in normalized nucleic acid testing, comprehensively improve the social nucleic acid testing capabilities, publish and interpret nucleic acid testing strategies to the public in full coverage and multiple frequency, and firmly grasp the initiative in epidemic prevention and control work. We must continue to improve the capabilities of the cadre team, continuously build a strong team of chasing the sun, nucleic acid testing team, and quarantine long team, and continuously improve the level of informatization construction of epidemic prevention and control and handling.
