Xu Haiqing, a native of Taipei City, Taiwan, a heavyweight in the Taiwanese gang and the Japanese Yamaguchi Group. He is known as the "great father of the last gangster" and is respected!
Xu Haiqing's parents died early. He was raised by his grandmother. Due to his livelihood, when he was 5 years old, Xu Haiqing picked up discarded fruits in the "Hegoutou" in Wanhua District, earning a meager salary and subsidizing his family income.
Grandma passed away in 1921. Xu Haiqing, who was only ten years old, worked hard for the livelihood of his younger brothers and sisters, and relied on pulling a cart to make a living.
Because the place where he worked was the largest fruit trading market at that time, with mixed fish and dragons. By chance, Xu Haiqing officially became a "gangster."
Xu Haiqing, although he was a gangster, he had a chivalrous heart. He liked to make friends, whether in politics, business or in the Tao. At his most glorious time, he had more than 500 brothers around him.
Xu Haiqing looks thin and weak, but is actually very thirsty, so the brothers on the Tao gave him the title of "Xu Mosquito".
Not only that, Xu Haiqing is also very "business-oriented". He uses his brothers to their own uses and divides them into three parts: "drinking", "gambling" and "thugs", allowing them to fully utilize their talents and deal with political circles, gamblers, and gangsters respectively. They have a strong attitude of corporate management and accumulate a lot of wealth in a short period of time!
But later, Xu Haiqing was addicted to gambling and could lose millions in one game. In his later years, he was penniless and could only rely on his four unmarried daughters to support him!
After Taiwan’s liberation, the “Banana Green Fruit Commune” founded by Xu Haiqing became a bridge for communication between the government and local gangs, and Xu Haiqing’s status also rose!
1988. Yang Rui, one of Taiwan’s top ten major shooting criminals, wandered around and ransomed at several professional casinos in Taipei, demanding that NT$50 million be handed over.
Hearing this situation, Xu Haiqing took action to reconcile. Finally, Yang Rui was asked to change 50 million to 5 million, and the result was that they were in peace! Later, during a southward adjustment process, an unexpected accident occurred and he lost his hearing and mobility. In his later years, he could only rely on support.
When Xu Haiqing passed away on May 29, 2005, Taiwanese gangs held a mourning ceremony for him! It is also declared as a "Peace Day in the Underworld" and prohibited from provoking trouble!
