1, Yunfu Technician College former deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president Yu Wanggen illegally accepted gifts and cash, and accepted banquets that may affect the fair performance of official duties. From 2013 to 2020, Yu Wanggen received a total of 17,400 yuan in gifts from four private business owners and a batch of tobacco and alcohol. From December 2012 to 2019, he accepted banquets arranged by private business owners many times, and the relevant fees were paid by private business owners. Yu Wanggen also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In August 2022, Yu Wanggen was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and his suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
2. Dong Zhuoliao, former fourth-level researcher of the Yun'an District CPPCC, received gifts and cash in violation of regulations and accepted banquets that may affect the fair performance of official duties. From 2015 to 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival, Dong Zhuoliu received a total of 11,000 yuan in gifts from management service recipients four times; in February 2020, he accepted banquets arranged by private business owners, and the relevant fees were paid by private business owners. Dong Zhuoliu also has other violations of discipline and law. In July 2022, Dong Zhuoliu was given a serious warning within the party (two-year impact period) and was dismissed from his post in government affairs. He was demoted to a second-level chief clerk, and his proceeds from violations of discipline and laws were confiscated.
3. Mo Bingjia, former secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of the Luoding Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, received gifts and money in violation of regulations. From 2013 to 2021, Mo Bingjia received gifts from 11 private business owners and 2 public officials, totaling 462,250 yuan. Mo Bingjia also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In May 2022, Mo Bingjia was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and his suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
4. Peng You, the former principal of Luoding No. 2 Middle School, accepted tourism arrangements that may affect the fair performance of official duties and issued subsidies in violation of regulations. In July 2020, Peng You, the then principal of Luoding No. 4 Middle School, went abroad with his family, and the relevant fees were paid by private business owners. From 2016 to 2019, Peng You personally decided to illegally distribute subsidies to Luoding No. 4 Middle School administrators and others in the name of final subsidies, of which Peng You personally received 6,800 yuan. Peng You also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In August 2022, Peng You was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and his suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
5. Zhang Yongcheng, former fourth-level chief clerk of the Yunnan County Industry and Information Technology Bureau, received gifts and money in violation of regulations. From 2015 to 2022, Zhang Yongcheng illegally accepted gifts and cash from 7 companies, totaling 29,700 yuan, many of which occurred during the Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival. Zhang Yongcheng also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In June 2022, Zhang Yongcheng was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and his suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
The above five typical cases are some of them, some are integrated with wind and corruption, and some are "friendly" and "clean" and do not distinguish between "clearity", and accept gifts and cash in violation of regulations, accept banquets and travel arrangements; some are harmful to public and private, and issue subsidies in violation of regulations, fully exposing some party members and cadres to turn a blind eye to the high-pressure situation of strict discipline and discipline, and do not stop, do not restrain themselves, and violate discipline in defiance of the wind. These problems affect the image of the party, damage the relationship between the party and the masses, and destroy the business environment, and have learned a profound lesson. The vast majority of party members and cadres should learn from the case, learn deeply, strictly abide by the bottom line of discipline, firmly establish ideals and beliefs, consciously abide by the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations and their implementation rules, and resolutely be upright, clean, and strong.
