"The streets outside the community are empty, there are no cars or people." Chen Fei, who is in a community on Zhangbaliu Road, Yanta District, Xi'an City, told the "Financial" reporter.
There are six buildings in the community where Chen Fei is located. The property guard is standing guard at the entrance of the community, and no epidemic prevention staff has settled in. He learned from the doorman that he needed an entry and exit permit to go out to buy groceries, and his company had already issued a notice on the internal communication software on the evening of the 22nd, requiring employees to work from home.
The above notice pointed out that passenger flights will be suspended from the 23rd, urban public transportation will reduce the number of departures, taxis and online car-hailing will not enter medium- and high-risk areas, and will not leave the city for operation. At present, only freight vehicles that transport citizens' living and epidemic prevention materials can be passed through.
