After working for 16 years, he has been working silently in the field of workwear design and manufacturing, and has successively won a series of honorary titles such as "outstanding employee" and "outstanding Communist Party member" of the aviation industry Shaanxi Flight, "outstanding youth" and "dedicated and good employee", and "model worker" in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. During the day, he followed his master to learn from product drawings to process technology, from design elements to coordination plans little by little, and returned to the dormitory at night to find a large number of professional books to study hard. He is good at thinking often has some strange questions, and even gets up in the middle of the night to discuss a problem with his roommate. This made the roommate miserable. Early the next morning, Wang Bo started working with great energy. Therefore, the term "King Crazy" spread wildly.

With this "crazy" spirit, Wang Bo quickly grew from an ordinary designer to a deputy leader of the wing frame group, a leader of the fuselage frame group, and then to a third-level expert in process equipment design and manufacturing technology. He became a compound talent with solid professional knowledge, good management and high technical level. He has published 6 technical papers in domestic core journals, completed 21 patent applications, completed 3 scientific and technological achievements applications and won awards.

The unforgettable "decimal point"

During the aircraft development process, the assembly workload accounts for about 40% to 50% of the entire aircraft's manufacturing workload. The quality of the product depends largely on the assembly quality. Working equipment is an important process equipment for completing aircraft assembly.

In 2013, Wang Bo participated in a certain model innovation fund project. At that time, the research and application of this project were still blank in China, and there was no experience to follow. Everything was "crossing the river by feeling the stones." As the project structure designer, Wang Bo held the attitude of "knowing that there was a tiger in the mountain, but he was inclined to go to the mountain" and asked the team members to accurately calculate all the process data to two decimal places. The team members complained: "It is not easy to calculate without data, and it is good to keep the decimal point after the first digit." But Wang Bo said: "This decimal determines the quality of the docking of our model aircraft, and it must be accurate to the two decimal points after the first digit!" In order to meet this requirement, he "sucked" at the research and design site for half a month, and the boring work occupied all his time. Whenever he recalls that research experience, Wang Bo always smiled and said, "I dreamed of decimal points every night..." Hard work pays off. After 18 days of hard work, through research and application verification, the project finally quickly and accurately completed the product design requirements such as docking and tuning of large parts, and successfully achieved the original goal.

Aviationman on the road to dreams

During the design of a certain type of machine tail assembly frame, Wang Bo boldly innovated the source of tool design. On the basis of analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the original tooling, he comprehensively digested the two models of products. At the same time, he realized the assembly task of two models on one model rack, solving the problem of long tooling conversion cycle in multiple varieties and small batch production, and the cycle was shortened from the previous ten days to one day.In order to promote the process of equipment equipment, Wang Bo consulted a large amount of relevant information and visited and investigated in relevant domestic units. Without experience in learning from it, he integrated the electromechanical control system into the assembly tooling. Through use verification, on the premise of meeting the assembly and use requirements of the product, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, the assembly quality and assembly efficiency are improved, and the assembly workplace has been laid a foundation for the assembly tooling to meet the mass production requirements. The smooth implementation of the project also enabled him and his project team to receive two defense patents and one company Science and Technology Achievement Award .
