According to Taiwan media reports, in October last year, Li Zhenbin and Qiu Kaideng, the prison administrators of Kaohsiung , were dissatisfied with the drug criminal Chen Ruiqing kicking the door, and joined hands with four prisoners including Jiang to handcuff Chen to the dead corner of the monitor, and took him to punch and kick him and pour ice coffee in turn. After returning to the room, Chen was injured and was sent to the hospital for several hours after wailing. After the incident, Li Zhenbin and others also forged false records such as Chen Nan's "aggression and atrocities" and attempted to escape from the crime. The Kaohsiung District Prosecutor's Office today (20th) prosecuted Li Nan and six others for the crime of abuse of people and other crimes. If the crime is convicted, the worst sentence can be sentenced to life imprisonment .

Kaohsiung Prison spokesman and deputy warden Weng Yongfang pointed out that Li Zhenbin and two other administrators were suspended after being detained in October last year. The two still insisted that they were excessive on duty and not abused criminals for no reason. However, the prosecutor refused to accept it and had filed a public prosecution for Li Nan and others. During the future trial period, the prison will fully cooperate with the court to hear the trial. As for the administrative disposal of Li and Qiu, it will be discussed after the first-instance judgment is released.

According to reports, the case occurred on October 17 last year. Kaohsiung Prison claimed that Chen Ruiqing, the inmate who was detained for drugs and domestic violence, was unwell due to illness, vomiting and coma that day. He was immediately sent to the hospital for emergency treatment, but died. The entire case was originally handled as a result. However, prosecutors found that Chen had multiple fractures and blunt trauma on his body, suspected of being illegally abused, and ordered an immediate search for Kaohsiung Prison and seized relevant evidence, which was found.
