(Wang Sen Huiyang) On the morning of June 6, the Yuyang District investment promotion project promotion conference was held in Xi'an, which concentrated on displaying the development achievements and a good investment environment of our district, and promoted a number of key projects with good investment returns, and signed contracts for 10 industrial investment projects with a total investment of 17.7 billion yuan.
Yulin City Vice Chairman of the CPPCC and Secretary of the District Party Committee Miao Feng presided over the promotion meeting, Cao Junnian, President of Xi'an Yulin Chamber of Commerce, Li Shengrong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Commerce, invited leaders of relevant provincial and municipal departments and central enterprises, provincial enterprises, and state-owned enterprises, district leaders Gao Shengyao, Lei Yaxiong, Zhang Zengping, Liu Jun, Wan Yong, Zhang Chonghou, Zhang Liqin and Liu Di attended the meeting. In his speech, Liu Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, introduced the long history and culture of Yuyang, rich resource advantages, unique geographical location, impressive development achievements and broad development prospects. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, our district planned and packaged 175 major investment projects in ten categories with a total investment of 500 billion yuan; this year, 67 projects were recommended, and enterprises were welcome to inspect, investigate and invest in and start businesses. At the meeting, Mahuangliang Industrial Concentration Zone, Jinjitan Circular Economy Industrial Park, Yulin Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Zone, Yulin Automobile Industrial Park, Yulin Dongsha New District, Qinhe New District, and District Cultural Investment Company made special recommendations respectively. Cao Junnian, President of Xi'an Yulin Chamber of Commerce, Shang Jianxuan, Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Coal Group, and Li Xuejun, Chairman of Shaanxi Jitai Investment Group, delivered wonderful speeches on behalf of corporate merchants.
Subsequently, Liu Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, signed a contract with the heads of 10 projects on behalf of the Yuyang District Government. Among them, Shaanxi Energy 50MW photovoltaic power generation project and ZTE 50MW photovoltaic power generation project are contract projects; Beijing Netku E-commerce Base Construction Project, Shaanxi Foreign Economic and Trade Group's 300,000-ton potato full powder farm project, Beijing Ogilvy 100,000-ton potato processing plant project, Yulin Wentou Guta Beautiful Rural Culture and Tourism Comprehensive Project, Yulin Xinrui Desert Military Culture Park Project are agreement projects; Yulin 300,000-ton/year ethylene glycol co-production high-end chemical comprehensive utilization project, Beijing Qianyida Biomass Multi-coal Production Project, and Sanke Holdings Large Rural Mall Project are intended projects. It is understood that at this Silk Expo and the West Trade Fair, our district achieved fruitful results in investment promotion, with a total of 20 projects signed, with a total investment of 33 billion yuan.
In his speech, Miao Feng pointed out that this investment promotion conference is an important measure for our district to use the Silk Expo and the Western Conference platform to integrate into the "Belt and Road" strategy, go to the forefront of opening up to the outside world, and actively build the most influential city at the junction of Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Mongolia and Shanxi. Yuyang has a long history and culture, rich resources, obvious location advantages, broad development prospects, and contains unlimited business opportunities for industrial integration and transformation and development. It has become a key area for major project layout of national and Shaanxi Groups, and has become a hot spot for investment promotion and private enterprises in various places to start and innovate.
Miao Feng emphasized that accelerating development is an eternal theme and open cooperation is the cornerstone of success. Looking to the future, Yuyang District, as the core section of the construction of high-end energy and chemical industrial base in northern Shaanxi, and as the best area for Yulin to build the most influential cities in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Mongolia and Shanxi, must adhere to the "beautiful Yuyang and Party Building Leadership", and strive to build a demonstration zone for the active transformation of high-end energy and chemical base in northern Shaanxi, a demonstration zone for the reform of rural property rights system, a demonstration zone for the integrated development of rural industries, a demonstration zone for the development of modern services and all-round tourism, and a demonstration zone for the construction of ecological civilization in northern Shaanxi; adhere to "park leadership and project driving" and build 100 million tons. In the coal-producing area, build six major industrial parks well, and build eight industrial systems such as high-end energy and chemical, modern characteristic agriculture, modern service industry, and cultural tourism; adhere to "open development and precise investment promotion", pay more attention to deepening strategic cooperation with large central enterprises, provincial and enterprise enterprises, pay attention to supporting "specialized, precise and new" private enterprises above the designated size, and pay attention to activate the development potential of the local private economy; adhere to "transform functions and optimize the environment", and build a low-cost, high-efficiency, and diversified investment and financing environment, so that the landed enterprises can go into battle lightly, fight the market, and develop and grow.We hope that the majority of corporate merchants will take this promotion meeting as the starting point to visit Yuliang, invest and start businesses, and achieve great success.
