Convening situation
The First National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened on the evening of July 23, 1921. The venue is located at No. 106 Wangzhi Road, French Concession, Shanghai (now , No. 76, Xingye Road, ). On the last day of the conference, the deputies came to a cruise ship in Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang in batches to hold the last meeting. There were 13 representatives attending the conference, representing more than 50 party members across the country.

The Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Shanghai from January 11 to 22, 1925. There were 20 representatives attending the conference and 994 party members.

The Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China summarized the experience and lessons of the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party over the past year and pointed out that in the national movement, the proletariat , it must oppose both the "left" tendency and the right tendency; it is stipulated that one branch can be established with three party members.
