Xie Weijun pointed out that at present, our city is in a special historical stage of accelerating its development and coming from behind, and it faces unprecedented development opportunities. Xie Weijun pointed out that the expected goals of our city's main work in 2018 are: regional GDP growth of about 8.5%, fixed asset investment above scale will grow by about 10%, of which technical transformation investment will grow by 10%, and industrial added value above scale will grow by about 9%. General public budget revenue increased by about 7% in the same amount. The proportion of R&D investment in the whole society accounts for about 1.45% of the regional GDP, and the proportion of output value of high-tech industries reaches 34.7%. The added value of the service industry increased by 10.2%, accounting for 1 percentage point of regional GDP, and the added value of the modern service industry accounted for 52.5% of the added value of the service industry. Foreign trade imports and exports maintained steady growth. The total retail sales of consumer goods increased by about 10.5%, the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents increased by about 8.5% and 9% respectively, and the increase in consumer prices was controlled within 3%. Various indicators such as PM2.5 and PM10 have continued to improve, and the proportion of excellent days has continued to increase.
