In order to further gather the strength of young police officers and encourage young police officers to take responsibility, on the afternoon of July 11, the Changyuan Municipal People's Court held a meeting of young police officers. The Party Committee Secretary and President Du Xuemin, the Party Committee Member and Director of the Political Department Cui Pingli, and Yang Yongchang, the Party Committee Member and the head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the dispatched court attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Cui Pingli.
At the talks, 23 young police officers from all departments of the court talked about their ideals, experiences, hobbies, and suggestions based on their own positions and work experiences, and put forward opinions and suggestions on how to further improve the work of the court. The atmosphere at the talks was relaxed and warm, fully demonstrating the high spirit of the young police officers of Changyuan Court.
Du Xuemin fully affirmed the wonderful speeches of the young police officers. Combined with his work experience and learning insights, he kept heart-to-heart and in-depth exchanges with the young police officers, and put forward four requirements:
First, strengthen ideals and beliefs, and truly build a solid foundation of loyalty of "storm and rain are as stable as a mountain". We must deeply understand the political nature and people's nature of the people's courts, adhere to the leadership of the Party, and be the perseverance of beliefs. We must draw political nourishment from the Party’s innovative theories in the new era, focus on studying, publicizing and implementing the Party’s innovative theories, focusing on a century of Party history, and focusing on Xi Jinping’s thoughts on the rule of law, ensuring that we are clear-headed and firm in the face of major issues, and personally feel the power of truth and strong vitality contained therein. We must always maintain political determination and truly embody loyalty and political awareness in our hearts and souls. The second is to develop strong skills and always maintain the family and country sentiment of "living up to your youth and fighting for the day". must persist in all-round and multi-faceted learning, not only learning legal knowledge, but also focusing on cultivating one's comprehensive qualities. Young police officers should not only learn from books, but also from the comrades around them, insist on combining theory with practice, and improve their ability to comprehensively analyze and judge problems, respond to difficulties and solve them. The third is to carry forward the spirit of responsibility and continuously strengthen the mission awareness of "being born in a prosperous era". We must find the right point of integration between the work of the court and the central work of the Party Committee and the government, and grasp the focus of the work of the department and the work of the whole court; be an explorer who is brave to innovate, give full play to the strengths and advantages of young party members, discover problems and take the initiative to research, explore pragmatic and effective work measures, and promote the continuous development of the work of the whole court. Fourth, keep the bottom line of integrity and continue to practice the inner ethics of "letting only clear energy fill the universe". We must enhance our awareness of rules, strictly abide by various steel rules and regulations such as organizational discipline, judicial discipline, work discipline, and confidentiality discipline. We must take examples around us as a warning, think more about the "harm of greed", and often break the "thief in the heart", and guard the power, interactions, life, and family ties, and strive to be cautious in solitude, careful in the beginning.
Comrade Yang Yongchang taught an anti-corruption class for young police officers at the meeting, and put forward requirements for strengthening the construction of the party’s work style and clean government.
