Early this Monday morning, the reporter witnessed the Municipal Highway Bureau’s Huandao Road Road Administration Squadron organized personnel to clean up every minute and overnight to eliminate the hidden dangers that occurred in the Mingshi Garden section of Huandao Road.

At 0:30 am on the 23rd, the Huandao Road Road Administration Squadron of the Municipal Highway Bureau received the alarm and rushed to the scene immediately, and at the same time notified Wenzeng Highway Station to organize personnel and water trucks to rush to the site to clean up.
The situation on site is very urgent. The polluted road section is 200 meters long and the main lane area is about 1,500 square meters. The concrete is constantly condensing. If it is not processed in time, the ring road will leave a "scar" that is difficult to remove, and there are safety hazards.
Because the polluted road section is at an intersection and the traffic is relatively complicated, the road management personnel are divided into two groups, one group guides passing vehicles, and the other group investigates the pollution source and starts cleaning. "It is necessary to clean up before the concrete is solidified."
It is understood that the initial setting time of concrete generally depends on the type of cement. There is no unified time, roughly two or three hours. If precoagulant is added, the initial coagulant time can be shortened to about half an hour; if retarder is added, the initial coagulant can be extended to 5 to 10 hours.

After investigation, it was found that the concrete was leaked from a mixer truck. The cause of the incident was a driver's operation error. After the pollution was discovered, the commodity concrete supply branch of the mixer truck also transferred five or six concrete transport vehicles, and used the tanks to fill water to sprinkle water along the contaminated section, hoping to delay the concrete settling speed and flush the road surface.
However, the concrete slag on the road has not been removed yet. Sprinkle water to flush the concrete slag, and then pass through the placenta belt of passing vehicles, instead turning the original local pollution into comprehensive pollution in two lanes. In addition, directly rinsing concrete slag into the pavement drainage system seems to solve the road surface pollution, but these residues will still deposit and recondensate in the drainage system, which will greatly affect the drainage capacity.
After the road administration personnel discovered the above situation, they immediately stopped the company's improper handling. The company's fleet manager also came to the scene to cooperate with the investigation and said that he would do his best to clean up polluted sections.

According to statistics from the highway department, a total of 12 staff members, 1 law enforcement vehicle, 1 high-pressure water truck, and 1 maintenance operation vehicle were dispatched during this incident.
On the morning of the same day, despite the fatigue of working overnight, road administration personnel went to the company involved in conjunction with the "Traffic Law Enforcement Visit" activity.
