Notice on Strengthening the Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control of the Hotel Industry
In order to further strengthen the normalized epidemic prevention and control of the hotel industry and prevent the risks of the epidemic import and transmission, according to the spirit of the Hunan Provincial COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Meeting, specific requirements are put forward for the prevention and control of the epidemic in our county. The notice is as follows:
1. Strictly implement the main responsibilities. All owners are the first responsible persons for epidemic prevention and control. Hotel owners and practitioners should be familiar with epidemic prevention and control policies, master common sense of epidemic prevention and control and emergency response procedures, equip temperature measurement, disinfection, epidemic prevention and other items as required, and fully implement various normalized epidemic prevention and control measures.
2. Strictly implement the "epidemic prevention post" setting. A "epidemic prevention post" is set up at the entrance of the hotel, and a dedicated person is responsible for implementing the regulations on "sweeping the place code, measuring temperature, verifying the code (health code, itinerary code, new crown vaccination information), and wearing masks" for all people entering. People with "flagging yellow cards" and "star codes" are prohibited from entering the hotel. Once discovered, they will report to the community and competent departments quickly. Specific requirements: 1. Only those who have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours can check in, and check the nucleic acid test results every day; 2. If there is no negative nucleic acid test certificate for 48 hours, they are required to go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling point to take samples, check in with the health code "sampled", and do not leave the room until the nucleic acid test results come out; 3. The hotel visitors also check the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.
3. Strictly implement employee monitoring. All on-duty employees must wear masks during their work, and their health codes and itinerary are normal. Conduct temperature monitoring once a day, nucleic acid testing once a day, implement strengthening injections, and establish employee epidemic work logs and health monitoring ledgers.
4. Strictly implement check-in management. Strictly implement the hotel real-name registration system and strictly prevent problems such as unlicensed staying and multiple stays with one license. For health code yellow and red code personnel and travel and residence history personnel in key areas of the epidemic, while reporting to the community and competent departments, local control should be carried out.
For those who violate the above provisions, the public security organs will punish the directly responsible supervisors and other directly responsible persons in accordance with the law. Those who cause the risk of spreading or spreading the epidemic will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.
