In February 2019, he served as the secretary of the village branch of Hongcun, Qingyang, Yangbu Town. As early as 2017, 64-year-old Hong Decheng gave up the generous salary of 500,000 yuan in the city and returned to his hometown to take on the important task of presiding over the overall situation, resolving disputes, and restoring development. For more than two years, Hong Decheng has led the village committees to work hard, while the village focuses on solving historical problems, while combining the rectification of "two chaos" and the creation of civilized cities to improve the overall environment of the village. Since 2004, Wang Yanfei has served as party branch secretary in Nanyuan Community and Heyue Community. During his tenure as party secretary of Nanyuan Community Party Committee, through party building guidance, he fully played the role of in-service and registered party members in the community, and created 11 high-quality party member volunteer teams, absorbed more than 300 volunteers, led party members and masses to participate in community services, and formed the 3153 Nanyuan Party Building Work Method, which is a demonstration and promotion in practice. In 2018, Wang Yanfei served as the secretary of the Party branch of Heyue Community and the head of the Party Building Complex. The community is composed of 12 demolition and resettlement villages, with uneven personnel quality levels, backward humanistic environment, lack of red positions, and the cohesion and role of party organizations and fighting fortress are not played out clearly enough.
