1. Education administrative departments at all levels should, in accordance with the deployment and requirements of local party committees and governments for epidemic prevention and control, work with health, market supervision and other departments to strengthen supervision and inspection of off-campus training venues during the winter vacation, and must strictly manage in accordance with epidemic prevention and control standards and requirements, seriously investigate and punish illegal and irregular training behaviors, and effectively safeguard the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students. In areas with medium and high risk levels of epidemics, all offline off-campus training activities must be stopped.
2. Education administrative departments at all levels should remind off-campus training institutions for primary and secondary school students to conscientiously implement local epidemic prevention and control requirements and ensure that there are no blind spots in epidemic prevention work. At the same time, standardize off-campus training behaviors, do not exceed the standard and advance training to increase the burden on students, and do not charge fees with a time span of more than 3 months in one go or disguised form, which creates a hidden danger of refunds and increases the financial burden of families.
3. Education administrative departments at all levels should remind students and parents to put their children's physical and mental health first, pay attention to the epidemic prevention requirements of local party committees and governments, supervise the epidemic prevention work in off-campus training venues, and jointly maintain a safe environment. Parents of students should establish correct educational concepts and concepts of success, and do not put too much pressure on them, and arrange their children's winter vacation scientifically and moderately to study, live and exercise, so that their children can spend a safe, pleasant and warm winter vacation.
