Huang Chengguo described himself as "raised by the ancestors of the Immortal Lord". Because of this connection, the palace and temple organization in Taipei City said that "just find Aguo."
In 2004, Huang served as the executive member of the Taipei Party Committee and began to devote himself to the party affairs system. In 2014, he ran for the chairman of the Party Committee and was questioned by competitors within the party. At that time, Huang fought back head-on, "I was trained when I was young and frivolous. Everyone has a past. That was 25 years ago. Can't people have the opportunity to reform?"
In 2014, Huang Chengguo joined forces with the then deputy secretary-general of the Party for his position and handed over a brilliant report card. In the 2016 "General Election", he served as the chairman of Tsai Ing-wen's Taipei City Campaign Office, setting a record for the DPP's votes in Taipei City.
Huang Chengguo, Hong Yaofu and Chen Mingwen became an important iron triangle in the British ranks.
