html On May 19, as the final event of Shangkunyuan · 2019 China International College Fashion Week , the 24th China Fashion Design "Newcomer Award" selection was held as scheduled in the first workshop of 751D·PARK Beijing Fashion Design Plaza.A total of 852 outstanding graduates recommended by 96 colleges and universities across the country participated in the evaluation. A total of 51 outstanding graduates from 243 colleges and universities across the country competed on the stage of the college student fashion week. The review committee invited 9 famous domestic professional designers and fashion media people to serve as the review work. Finally, 10 of the "Newcomer Award", 41 of the "Excellent Award", and 10 of the "Excellent Instructor Award", and 10 of the annual "Education Award" colleges and universities were selected. The selection of
"Newcomer Award" is different from that of ordinary design competitions. The main contents of its inspection include contestants' predictive analysis of popular trend themes and color tendency analysis under the trend of this topic, fabric feature analysis, ready-to-wear style design, jewelry combination scheme and other comprehensive and market-oriented inspection directions. The "Newcomer Award" selection is aimed at the 2019 undergraduate, junior college and graduate students recommended by universities across the country with clothing design majors and graduate students. The judges made comprehensive considerations based on the contestants' ready-to-wear works and the three-dimensional cutting of the questions they were assigned on the spot to finally determine the winners.
As a benchmark selection for testing the teaching achievements and teaching level of various fashion colleges, the "Newcomer Award" has been carrying dreams all the way, aiming to discover and reward young fashion design talents and improve the level of my country's clothing design art.
