Zhu Yuetang, deputy general manager of Jiangsu Kaisheng Paper Co., Ltd., Shengda Group, said: "The criminals use his low quality and low price to counterfeit counterfeits. For example, our double lamp 400 pieces of toilet paper sold on the market, our company sells more than 5 yuan in the market, and he sells more than 3 yuan in the market to attract consumers. The counterfeit products are mainly due to the quality and insufficient hygiene standards." The person in charge of the company told the police that their company bought some toilet paper online as testing samples. The detected results are very different from their product quality standard . All indicators do not meet the allowed sales standards. The product is a fake dual-light product. The police conducted analyzing and judging shops with fake registered trademarks on an APP. After investigation, they found that five stores online were engaged in illegal and criminal acts of impersonating the "double lamp" brand to register trademarks and selling "double lamp" toilet paper online. The police conducted an investigation from the delivery channels of several stores and quickly found the specific addresses of these stores. The shops are located in Shandong Province and Henan Province respectively. Among them, a store located in Henan Province has a total sales of more than 1.8 million yuan.
After nearly three days of squatting, the police found a vehicle that was collected and packaged normally. By following the suspicious vehicle, the police finally found the den. Yancheng police found that the five stores were operated by three people. Finally, on January 9 and January 17, with the cooperation of the police in Shandong and Henan, the three dens were successfully destroyed.
After review, the suspect confessed that after purchasing the original paper at a low price in the local area, a printing factory in Baoding City, Hebei Province was asked to print the "double lamp" brand packaging bag, and use the purchased second-hand cutting equipment to cut the paper at home, and package it in the "double lamp" packaging bag for sale online.
Tang Weiwei, the head of the Economic Investigation Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Sheyang County, Yancheng City, said: "The five stores sold more than 1 million packs of counterfeit double-light brand toilet paper, with a case value of more than 3 million yuan. At present, our bureau has taken criminal coercive measures against four criminal suspects, and the case is under further investigation."
