This person is a resident of the Krasnodar Krai region, Russia. The owner said the truck was used by his relatives when the explosion occurred and said he had nothing to do with the incident.
On the morning of October 8, a truck exploded on the road bridge of the Crimea Bridge, causing seven oil tanks on a freight train on the railway bridge parallel to the road bridge to be ignited, and some sections of the road bridge were damaged, resulting in a total of 4 deaths.
