At around 11 a.m. on October 10, in a sports goods store in Bayuquan District, Yingkou City, 54-year-old boss Yang Guixi was knocked down by several men who came to "buy shoes" and put on handcuffs.
A few minutes ago, a few strange men came to buy shoes and said 100 pairs. The boss's wife Zhang Xia (pseudonym) saw that Yang Guixi walked out of the room inside and was suddenly controlled by several people. Zhang Xia was stunned and heard only the words "police".
At that time, Liu He (pseudonym), the owner of the restaurant next door, saw a group of people gathering in front of the neighbor's door. After a while, a person was pushed out: he was wearing a black hood on his head and his hands were handcuffed behind his back.
Liu He recognized that it was Yang Guixi at a glance. He was wearing black tights that he usually used for fitness. He was pushed onto the car, Liao B, Dalian license plate number.
On November 1, the official WeChat account of Dalian Public Security Bureau "Dalian Public Security" published an article saying that from 1994 to 1995, Yang Guixi raped and killed four women in Dalian Zhuanghe , and confessed to the crime.
Yang Guixi's arrest caused a shock in Bayuquan's "horse-running" circle. Over the past decade, Yang Guixi has been a well-known star in the circle. He sells shoes, runs marathons, takes in apprentices as a coach, and even has interviewed with local TV stations and CCTV reporters. Some people sighed: "I never thought there was a murderer hidden by my side. This is a lurking time bomb."
. In Zhuanghe, 130 kilometers away, most people have no memory of the series of tragedies more than 20 years ago. One generation grows up and the other ages. The rapid development of the city quickly throws the fear of the 1990s behind and seals up.

Zhuanghe murder past
In early November, the news of Yang Guixi's arrest was broadcast on the evening news column of Liaoning TV. Lao Xu, a 72-year-old Zhuanghe native, sat at home watching TV, sighed to each other a few words, "It's so inhumane", turned off the TV and went to bed.
Lao Xu did not meet the number immediately at that time. One of the four women killed 23 years ago was Xiao Zhong, a girl in his workshop.
In 1995, Lao Xu worked in Dalian Velvet Weaving and Dyeing Factory. He was the secretary of the weaving workshop, and Xiaozhong was a workshop worker. He was 31 years old that year, and was responsible for loading wefts and assisting weaving workers to weave cloth.
Dalian velvet weaving and dyeing factory was the largest factory in Zhuanghe at that time, with more than 2,000 employees. It was simply called the "cotton weaving factory" by the locals. It was a state-owned unit that had been squeezed out. Among all branches, the weaving branch is the largest, with more than half of its employees; in the weaving branch, the weaving workshop is the most important, with nearly 500 workers.
Xiao Zhong is an ordinary majority of people. He has an average job, an average appearance, and an average figure. If it is not an accident, it is almost difficult to remember his name.
On September 2 of that year, Xiaozhong went to the evening shift, and his work started at 4 pm and ended at 12 pm. This kind of work of three shifts is relatively hard. Many girls in the city are unwilling to do it, so they recruit temporary workers from the countryside. They are "willing to endure hardships and not being lazy."
Xiaozhong rented a bungalow about 1.5 kilometers away from the factory. The family lives together and has a child of eight or nine years old.

The tragedy happened on the way off work. There were no witnesses. People only knew that the next morning, someone found Xiao Zhong's body in the sorghum field. It was the only way to go to the factory. There were dirt roads, no lights, and the crops grew taller than people. The
message quickly spread throughout the factory. There was nothing wrong in the factory before, and everything was peaceful. After Xiao Zhong was killed, people were in panic. "Those who can get off night shifts will not leave. Find a place in the factory until dawn."
What Lao Xu and others didn't know is that Xiao Zhong's death was not an isolated case. On August 13, 1994, August 3, 1995 and November 1, 1995, 21-year-old girl Yu, 18-year-old hotel waiter Zhang and 20-year-old college student Yu were raped and killed one after another.
Citizen Lao Wu remembered that there were many rumors at that time, and it was hard to tell whether it was true or false. Some people speculate that it was the victim's fiancé who committed the crime or had offended some enemies outside.
Lao Wu retired from the army in 1978 and went to work in the security department of Zhuanghe Agricultural Machinery Factory. "Everyone knows that someone was killed, but I can't figure out why. At that time, not to mention lesbians, gay men were afraid."
The entire Zhuang River was shrouded in gloom. Before going out to work, Lao Wu would repeatedly tell his lover that no matter who knocked on the door, he would not open it; parents would remind his children that no one would be allowed to take it after school after school; the school's end of get out of class was advanced, and it was not allowed to go out after dark, and the transportation team would send people to escort students at the school gate; the radio was also often broadcast: Be careful when going to and from get off work and school, and try not to travel alone...

23, " Dalian Daily " published the news that Yang Guixi, the suspect in the serial murder case, was arrested. Lao Xu pointed to the newspaper "Zhong Mou, 31 years old" and kept repeating: "It's this, it's this, from our workshop."
read the suspect's information, and the wife next to him slapped her legs: "Oh my god, it's the one broadcast on the TV. She is thin and tall. She sells sports goods in Bayuquan and runs a marathon."

Bayuquan Long Ge
Zhang Xia was also a worker at Zhuanghe Cotton Weaving Factory. She worked in three shifts and was busy with work, and she didn't meet her boyfriend often.
Her boyfriend is Yang Guixi.
Zhang Xia recalled that she and Yang Guixi met in 1994, and because both of them liked fitness, they got together.
Zhang Xia said that Yang Guixi had a marriage before and was sentenced. According to her understanding, it was in her hometown of Baicheng, Jilin, in 1987. Yang Guixi was imprisoned for robbery and was released on medical parole in 1991. But she "just ask about his past, as long as she lives a good life in the future."
According to the police report, from 1994 to 1995, it was the time when Yang Guixi frequently committed crimes. Zhang Xia said she did not find anything abnormal about Yang Guixi. She recalled that during that time, she worked in a cotton weaving factory. Yang Guixi went to Zhuanghe to sell goods, selling red beans and apples, but she didn't make much money.
Yang Guixi's younger brother Yang Guichang (pseudonym) told the Beijing News reporter that he couldn't remember it was in the 99 years. Yang Guixi secretly left home, and no one knew where he went. There are nine brothers and sisters of the Yang family, and Yang Guixi is the fourth. In the next twenty years, he had no contact with his family.
Zhang Xia said that in 1996, her factory "wasted". She and Yang Guixi left Zhuanghe and went to Haicheng and other places to work. In 2004, the home court of CBA Liaoning team was set up in Bayuquan. Yang Guixi liked basketball. The two went to Bayuquan to watch the game and then stayed there.
From the map, the Liaodong Peninsula is like a sword stabbing into the Yellow and Bohai Sea, and Yingkou and Zhuanghe are located on the blades at both ends, one east and one west, each facing the sea.
There is no train from Zhuanghe to Yingkou Bayuquan, only one car. Every morning at 7 o'clock, the blue bus leaves Bayuquan, walks eastward towards the sun, and drives about 130 kilometers along the winding mountain road to reach Zhuanghe. At around 1:00 pm, he turns back from Zhuanghe, walks westward and still faces the sun, and returns to Bayuquan panting.
In Bayuquan, it is not uncommon for outsiders like Yang Guixi. This place was originally a small fishing village. It became a district under Yingkou City in 1984 and a national economic and technological development zone was established in 1992. Young port cities are growing rapidly, and strangers and new buildings are taking root together. According to local people, in Bayuquan, the total number of foreigners even exceeds that of locals.
In order to make a living, Yang Guixi and Zhang Xia reselled CBA tickets and also engaged in melon seeds and seafood businesses. Until May 2016, they had their own store to sell sports goods.

. The shop is a base shop in the community. It is not far from Bayuquan Century Plaza. It is facing the street and is sandwiched between a number of shops, vegetable shops and pharmacies. The annual rent is 13,000 yuan. The 65.5 square meters of space is divided into several pieces and used as shops, bedrooms and kitchens respectively.
After Yang Guixi was arrested, people naturally remembered the "Silver Murder Case" two years ago: serial killing, cruel means, the suspect was spared for more than 20 years, and the police finally relied on technology to discover the suspect. Some media even called the Yang Guixi case "Dalian version of ' silver case '". But unlike the hidden life of Gao Chengyong, the suspect in the Baiyin case, Yang Guixi is much more high-profile.
People know very little about his past. People who are familiar with him know that he is from Jilin, and more people don’t even know his real name. But when it comes to "Brother Long", almost everyone I meet in Century Square knows it.
Zhang Xia recalled that when she first arrived in Bayuquan, Yang Guixi had long hair, a thin figure and a chest muscles. Yang felt that his appearance looked very similar to Bruce Lee, so he called himself "Bruce Lee". Over time, everyone began to call him "Brother Long".
He likes long-distance running and has participated in marathons in Harbin, Beijing, Qinhuangdao , Panjin and other places, and posted certificates and photos online.
You can also find some information about Yang Guixi on the Internet. For example, he won the first place in the 5000-meter town men's group of the 4th National Games of Haicheng City in 2004. In the 2015 Panjin Marathon, his half-time result was 1 hour, 45 minutes and 51 seconds.
In 2015, Yang Guixi announced the establishment of a training class on QQ Space, claiming to be the head coach Bruce Lee. The training content includes basketball, long-distance running, martial arts, Sanda and women's self-defense.
In the same year, he began to become active on social media, posting several updates almost every day, including marathon notifications, running photos, and more. On social media, his name is head coach Bruce Lee, a national first-level social sports instructor, a marathon enthusiast, and an organizer of Bayuquan Long-distance Running Club.
Every morning at six o'clock, Yang Guixi will appear in Century Square, and the tender green sportswear is particularly conspicuous in the crowd. He has five or six team members, and everyone often trains together. They will hold red flags with the words "Long Ge" and run around the square. Yang Guixi whistled while running, sometimes raised his phone and took a short video and posted it on his Moments.
On June 1, 2018, before the opening of the Bayuquan International Marathon, Yang Guixi also appeared in the news program of the local TV station. His introduction to him was "a national first-class coach, a professional middle- and long-distance runner, who settled in Bayuquan after retiring in 2004." He was interviewed as a marathon enthusiast and running technology teacher: "No matter whether I run or not in the future, I will pass on all the techniques (transmit) to everyone without reservation. It is not that I have to achieve great results so that they can have the spirit of marathon, surpass themselves, improve themselves, and achieve their potential, which is what my coach should do."
htmlOn the day of the marathon on June 3, Yang Guixi was interviewed by CCTV reporters and posted a group photo on Weibo.━━━━━━
"two-faced man" with a strange personality
In early winter, the ginkgo tree fell all over the ground. Every night, in the corner of Century Square in Bayuquan, citizens who dance square dance, play shuttlecock and practice Tai Chi are scattered everywhere. The most conspicuous are the four "walking" teams, which are spontaneously organized "Happy Walking" activities. Each team has more than 200 people. At 19 o'clock, the music starts to move rhythmically, occupying most of the space in the square. Before
was arrested, Yang Guixi was also a member of the team. He belonged to the "Outdoor Hiking Red Team". In the impression of his teammates, he was enthusiastic, often helped organize team gatherings, and occasionally was responsible for the audio.
▲Yang Guixi took a photo with his teammates running together, and the fourth on the left is Yang Xichang. The picture comes from Yang Guixi's Weibo
Teammate Wang Wei (pseudonym) said that Yang Guixi is active in the square mainly to sell shoes. At first, he would put out his sneakers before walking, and put them away when everyone started walking. Later, the business gradually improved, and he turned "stall setting up" into "sales", walked a few rounds a day and started to post around with a stack of business cards. Yang Guixi had a high voice and was eloquent, "My shoes are good, comfortable, and not expensive." Many people in the square have bought shoes from him.
"You can buy any shoes, and his wife has a heart disease and is sick all day long. It's very pitiful. Everyone takes care of his business." Wang Wei said. The blue sneakers he wore on his feet were bought from Yang Guixi, which cost 200 yuan, and he has been wearing them for two years.
A runner who is familiar with Yang Guixi said that Yang Guixi is arrogant and whispering, willing to show himself, hoping to get everyone's attention, and love to brag about how many competitions he has participated, how many apprentices he has led, and how many kilometers he runs every day. After the news of his arrest came, he speculated, "He may be using this method to conceal the emptiness in his heart."
Some people also think that Yang Guixi is enthusiastic and enthusiastic. Sometimes, when Yang Guixi saw someone running in the square, he took the initiative to "teach skills", such as how to protect his knees, how to adjust his breathing, and what posture to run without being tired.
But in Zhang Xia's eyes, Yang Guixi has two faces. Outside, he is enthusiastic about outsiders and looks optimistic and cheerful, but when he returns home, he reveals his strange side.
Zhang Xia said that Yang Guixi was born in 1964 and was 9 years older than him. I thought my older husband would love people, but "he never loves me." Yang Guixi has a bad temper and likes to get angry. "He also gets angry if it's not a big deal. Sometimes he is not allowed to talk when eating, sometimes he doesn't like to eat food and immediately changes his face. For no reason, it's inexplicable."
Zhang Xia's biggest and most beautiful idea of marriage life is: two people get off work together, cook together, wash dishes together, walk together, and chat together, but Yang Guixi will not make these with her.
"He and I are a little different from my family. We don't have that kind of family affection. He is very enthusiastic about others outside, but when he gets home, he changes his face to me."
The owner of the restaurant next door Liu He saw Zhang Xia crying more than once in the small square behind the room.

Liu He has also seen Yang Guixi have a bad temper. "Once he brought a child of fifteen or sixteen to train. Because the child remembered the shoelaces wrongly, he stood there and scolded for a long time." Liu He said, "Sometimes after elementary school, the child is playing in the community. When the noise is too big, he yells at them, 'Get out of here.'"
In Liu He's eyes, Yang Guixi likes to chat with the opposite sex and talks about women's menstrual periods in public. Once, a girl in her 20s complained while chatting with Liu He's wife. When she met Yang Guixi on the road, she spoke frivolously: "You old sister, you are pretty." Liu He said that Yang Guixi was 54 years old, older than the girl's father.

"Ununion Case" was solved
Today, Zhuanghe, the city scope is expanding in circles, and new real estate markets are constantly opening, and the Public Security Bureau and the government have moved new locations. The cotton weaving factory where the murdered female worker Xiao Zhong worked was also razed to the ground. The newly built community is called Dongfang Waterfront, with European-style roofs and bright windows.
23, the time for a generation to grow old. Zhuanghe City Police officers in charge of the case were replaced one after another, and many people have been transferred or even retired; the Criminal Police Brigade has also changed five captains, but within the Public Security Bureau, this "unworn case" has been passed on like a baton, and the police have never given up their efforts to solve it.
Lao Xu recalled that last spring, a policeman went to the cotton weaving factory’s house to find him to learn about the situation that year. The other party said, "(the case) is a little clue now."
According to an article published by Dalian police, on August 13, 1994, after the first case, the police found a deformed fingerprint during the on-site inspection, which was left by the suspect. Subsequently, the police conducted investigations and visits based on this fingerprint, and surveyed and compared more than 5,000 people, but never found suspicious traces. In the year after
, 18-year-old hotel waiter, 31-year-old textile worker Zhong, and 20-year-old college student Yu were raped and killed one after another. Based on the analysis of the suspect's infringement targets, means of committing crimes and characteristics, and the inspection of relevant physical evidence, the police concluded that four cases were committed by the same suspect. However, due to the limited clues to identify and expose the suspect, the case has never made any breakthroughs.
Until July this year, during the special operation to compare fingerprint murders organized by the Ministry of Public Security, police officers from the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau re-proofread and corrected the deformed fingerprints extracted at the Zhuanghe murder scene 23 years ago, and screened them nationwide. On October 8, an important clue was obtained: Yang, a sports goods store owner in Bayuquan District, Yingkou City, was suspected of committing the crime. After Yang was arrested, the police extracted Yang's biological evidence and confirmed that he was the suspect of the year.
During the interrogation, Yang initially argued that he was innocent, but eventually confessed to the crime of rape and killing four women in a row while he came to Zhuanghe City from Baicheng City, Jilin Province to work in 1993.
Zhang Xia said that after 24 years together, the two of them have never obtained a certificate. "At the beginning, he said that his ID card had expired and he never went back to his hometown to apply for it."
After Yang Guixi was arrested, Zhang Xia could not support the store alone, so she printed the "clearance sale" on the eight-open paper and posted it on the glass at the door.
On November 6, Zhang Xia returned to the rental house to clean up the garbage, and the store will be sublease the next day. In less than a month, she lost about ten pounds.
Not long ago, Zhang Xia received a call from Yang Guixi. She didn't say much and her voice was calm. She told her, "Pick the shop out." Yang's friend in the hiking team also received his call and said, "Take more care for your sister-in-law, Brother Long has broken it."
Bayuquan Century Square, the hiking team's audio usually rang at 7 o'clock in the evening. The sneakers everyone bought from Yang Guixi were looming in the crowd.
It’s the beginning of winter, and the wind pours into the clothes. In the WeChat group, there are still people who are posting messages related to Yang Guixi. The link clicked on it, and it was a video of him identifying the scene. Yang Guixi was wearing tight sports pants that he had not had time to change when he was taken away, frowned, and pointed his hand at the corn field on the side of the road...
