General rules of competition rules
thoroughly implement the "National Fitness Regulations" of the State Council, and achieve the long-term goal of building a "sports power and a healthy China". With the overall goal of "Weihai should develop towards a refined city" as the overall goal, the overall direction is followed, in line with the people's diversified fitness needs and eager expectations for a happy life, the development idea of "people-centered". Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, national fitness will be constantly lined up, enhance the people's sense of gain and happiness, run sports that satisfies the people, and make positive contributions to building a strong sports city.
1. Time and place
From March to September 2022, the competition time and place are shown in the rules of each individual competition.
2. Organizational form
In accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Opinions on Mass Sports Events and Activities in 2022". The 12th National Fitness Games in Weihai City are divided into three levels: city, district and town level. The municipal sports meeting is sponsored by the Municipal Sports Bureau and the Municipal Sports Federation, and is hosted by districts, cities, relevant associations, clubs and units. The district-level national fitness sports meeting is organized and implemented by the sports authorities of each district and municipal (hereinafter referred to as "all districts and municipalities"). The proportion of districts and municipalities completing town-level national fitness sports meetings shall not be less than 80%; the municipal-level national fitness sports meeting is unified as the "China Sports Lottery Cup". The 12th National Fitness Games in Weihai City is allowed and encouraged to strive for social funds to name the individual competition of the 12th National Fitness Games in Weihai City, and the "online competitions" can also be named.
3. Competition name
Municipal name: "China Sports Lottery Cup" Weihai City 12th National Fitness Games XX Competition. The national fitness sports meetings in each district and city can retain the original names of fitness festivals, sports festivals, etc. in various places, but must be placed after the national fitness sports meeting. All districts, cities and associations are allowed and encouraged to seek social funds to name the individual competition of the 12th National Fitness Games in Weihai City.
4. Project settings
Municipal level plans to set up about 20 national fitness projects suitable for public participation. The district and municipal national fitness sports competition competitions can be set at least 8 items according to the characteristics of each district and city. The project settings should highlight tradition and fun, so that the masses like to see and facilitate public participation. The two districts and two cities shall host no less than 4 national fitness sports events (items), and the development zone and Nanhai New District shall host no less than 1 national fitness sports events (items). The projects that host the 12th National Fitness Games in Weihai City must be reported to the Municipal Sports Bureau and the Sports Federation 5 days in advance. All projects must be completed by September 30.
5. Participation requirements
(I) Except for active athletes registered in the country and province and students at all levels of sports schools, they can participate.
(II) Participants must apply for personal accident insurance and health certificates issued by hospitals at or above the county level. Events and other things that do not meet the requirements are not allowed.
(III) According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, participants are required to show green health codes and make adjustments according to epidemic prevention and control needs.
(IV) Other relevant requirements stipulated by each individual regulations.
6. Participation method
All associations, clubs, units, social groups and individuals can participate. If there are special provisions for each individual procedure, the individual procedure shall prevail.
7. Competition funds
The funds for organizing competitions and participating in each district and municipality are included in the budget at the same level to resolve the issue. Municipal competitions are encouraged to implement market-oriented operations and strive for sponsorship of social funds. The Municipal Sports Bureau will provide funding support depending on the situation.
