China does not need to be tested or quarantined in Japan

htmlOn the evening of May 26, Kishida Fumio delivered a speech in Tokyo saying that "From next month 1, the upper limit of the number of people entering the country will be raised to 20,000. For countries with low positive rates, we will allow no new crown tests when entering the country."

According to the level of the epidemic risk, the Japanese government divides each country and region into three groups "red, yellow, and blue" based on the positivity rate of nucleic acid test. Incoming personnel from "blue group" countries and regions with low positive rates can be exempted from nucleic acid testing and quarantine measures regardless of whether they have been vaccinated; incoming personnel from "yellow group" countries and regions with low positive rates can be exempted from nucleic acid testing and quarantine measures if they have received the third dose of vaccine; incoming personnel from "red group" countries and regions with high positive rates still need to undergo nucleic acid testing and undergo a certain period of quarantine.

Among them, the "blue group" includes 98 countries and regions including China, the United States, South Korea, etc. Visitors from these countries and regions will not need to test the new crown or be quarantined when entering the country.
